If your looking for his ability to get you Internet traffic through his "Ten's of Millions of E-mails" he owns, you will learn of his only ability, to endlessly attempt you to first transfer funds to his account through Wire Transfer but never a credit card because he knows your credit card merchant account can reverse his fraudulent transaction with-in minutes.
This Scum of the earth even will hound you to go to your local Walmart and transfer money to his Walmant. He'll call you every hour telling you he's ready to push the button to start driving traffic to your site but he "just needs the initial payment now". This idiot doesn't even remember what he previously said the last time he spoke with me. After I paid him the deposit his brainless mind goes into full tilt LIAR mode telling you every story about why your not getting the product you paid for. He actually said Verizon towers were down all over Las Vegas, he said his laptop couldn't access his servers right now and a strew of other asinine flagrant LIES

After that, his daughter was kidnapped, we was traveling in Ohio and was mugged and lost all his money and the only way he could get back to Las Vegas was by bus, however I couldn't charge the bus ticket because he had reserved it and the reserved price was based on cash only, no credit, and credit would double the price.
After transferring another $500 which was in lieu of services to be rendered he disappeared for several weeks. After his miraculous return he states that he had been kidnapped and held hostage for two weeks, he had attempted to file a police report and they would not respond to him and no legal authorities would come to his aid.
After calling his bluff he became incredibly hostile in his language via SKYPE, threatened my career, made factually inaccurate statements about myself and my company and basically blamed me for the business transaction being in default. I had paid the fee, set up my client to utilize the services, he disappears and comes up with another kidnapping story and then resorts to defamatory statements and threats while making nasty personal remarks about myself and my business.... Simply because I told him the Gig is up and he needs to get real and pay a refund, which he agreed to do in previous correspondence.
In all his rebuttals online he always states that all claims against him are untrue and that we can't prove that he committed fraud in an illegal confidence act.
Well William, I can prove it..... I have all the skype history, the recorded phone calls and the deposit slips to bank of America along with all the original LinkedIn correspondence dating back to 2013.
So yes, Bill..... I can prove it.... And I can prove your threats to myself and my financial well being. Threatening someone's career is not to be taken lightly and I don't.
After his arrogant, childish SKYPE tantrum I made 3 attempt via SKYPE audio call and left several text messages.... No Response.....
