Every place that there is a (#) within this text its because I have proof associated with the sentence prior to the (#) for example, pictures, texts, voice recordings, legal documents, reciepts, ect..Along with anything else that i can ask for legally due to the extent of the deceit.
William Anderson has ignored all landlord-tenant laws, including but not limited to, filing a 3 day notice when my rent was paid up completely, trespassing into my home to move my belongings and furniture outside onto the front lawn, and breaking our contract for one year leasing. Also, had asked me a million times to put the water in my name but told me he would still pay the water bill and our lease agreement stated he would pay the water bill but the bill is not paid and I owe money to the water company now also.
On February 2nd 2019 I signed a year-long lease agreement with William Anderson for 477 Ninth Street Williams CA 95987. I paid $1700.00 for the first months rent and half of the deposit. We agreed that 100 dollars would be added onto rent until deposit was paid. (#1 ).
On February 6th 2019 I went to my place and I was informed by code enforcement Tracy Bybee, Sergeant Chris Miller of the Williams Police Department, and District Attorney Chief investigator Dave Salm that there was a problem with the water pipes and the water bill and that William needed to fix them before I could move in.
On February 8th 2019, William texted me that I could move in. (#2 ) I moved in the next day. When I attempted to pro-rate the rent amount for March 2019 ( #3), William told me that I had to pay my rent in full and I could not pro-rate it but it wasn’t due until the day I moved in. The 9th of the month became my new day to pay rent and my 5 day grace period till the 14th of every month and the 15th it would have a late fee added. ( #4)
On March 11th 2019 I paid William $850.00 in full for my rent from March 9th 2019 to April 9th 2019. (#5 )
