Wrote a completely unethical report that was full of lies, thankfully, based on other warnings, I had the entire session recorded. I couldn't believe that he commit perjury so easily but for the sake of court, I wanted to see if he would do it again so I requested a follow up report and sure enough he lied again. I have proof via recording to match the actual report for the first report and then more proof to match the second report.
