This guy rented an apartment from my parents when no one else would rent to him. After a little while Bill stopped paying rent moved two more people into the apartment and collected rent from them made it difficult for the landlord to remove him.
This all happened during Covid-19 and he was working and still not paying. He has a steady line of young men coming and going all hours of the night and day. Do Not Rent to this guy
