Booked a king suite room for $160 ($180 after taxes). This room did not even have a refrigerator, microwave etc....but at hopes at even a coffee machine was a forgotten goal as had to set it on top of the garbage can due to the cord not reaching. Then brew it into small plastic 4 oz. cups. The room itself was roomy, but furniture scrathced and dull., not at all the feel of paying for a "suite". The (cloudy) windows looked over an employee parking lot from the eighth floor. The room was decorated nicely... yet had the feel of a scracthy, sterile hotel strip room. We were less then impressed. Furthermore, the staff from check in to the players club seemed as thou giving a "smile" or resoluting them to customer service would of been agaonizing for them. We would never patronize this casino again for the money we spent. And "yes" even talking to several supervisors does not seem to pursuade them from any concerns.
