I have never experience such arrogant and rude behavior from store owners after selling me a defective product.I tried this store for the first time about three weeks ago.I have been vaping for at least two years now and still consider myself somewhat of a novice,relying to a degree on the store owners integrity which I soon found out that the owners of this franchise have none.After asking for advice on a battery and oil chamber,I left the store after purchasing a $30 battery and a $15 oil chamber,a little more than I had initially wanted to spend but confident that I now had a decent setup.After a day of very satisfying vaping the battery ran flat.No problem i thought,put the battery on charge for an hour or two and I would be ready to go again.To my surprise the battery was still flat after again charging it.I cleaned my charger,checked the battery for any dirt and once again put it on charge.After three days and three or four different chargers I came to the conclusion that the battery must be defective and returned to the store for a replacement.The first thing out of the owners son was that I must be doing something wrong.I expained what I had done to check for dirt the number of chargers I had tried,with same result.He still insisted I was doing somethig wrong.By now I was getting a ;ittle irritated and suggested that they replace the battery and return the defective one to the manufacturer.Impossible I was told as we do not sell defective products and cannot return it to the manufactrer as this would be held against them.I them suggested that they just return it to their supplier and let them check it out and I would reurn at a later date to pick up my battery.Once again I was told this was impossible and it ws my rsponsbility to return it to the manufacture,they did not want to pay the postage and of course the mere suggestion of a defective item would be held against them.By this time the father of the salesman have joined his son and now I beset by both of them and the discussion took on a very hostile tone.It was suggested that I buy a superior product at a cosiderably higher price and initially I was going to go along with this until I realised that I was not going to be credited for the defective battery,just throw another $60 at another potentialy defective battery and just eat the $30 I spent the first time.Due to the fact that the first batter was an open item being used as the display,there was no paperwork and I had no address to return the original battery to and was refused any help on this matter also.The rascim was a feeling i got when they realised I was English as I saw a change in attitude after I was asked where I came from.I have purchased many vaping products on line and have been treated a 1000% better,items exchanged with no question asked.i did at one time ask if the store owner thought i had nothing better to do that drive five miles just to make false accusations about a product,the only reaction was a shrug of his shoulders.These store owners acted like uneducated pigs and I will never take any business to a wild bills store again even if I have to drive fifty mile.I did also notice that the recipt state no refunds or exchanges,all sales are final.Of course this is something you only find out after your puchase.My advice is find a store that stands behind their products.This is what you might expect from a second hand store.Maybe this is what this store is.

BOYCOTT WILD BILLS TOBACCO STORES!

First i will start by saying that until yesterday i used to enjoy the service i used to get at all the wild bills locations even though it seemed like at times they just charged whatever for some purchases if they werent 100% sure of the price it was never an overcharge.

On thursday 12/10/15 I went in to their store to purchase some eliquids which according to the sign they displayed in the store said 5 for $5 but then they charged the tax on the original full price @ $3.99ea for them instead of $.30 for all 5 as it should have been, keep in mind there were no disclaimers regarding the sales tax on items that are for sale anywhere in the store.

After making the purchase i was sitting in my car trying to figure out why they charged me like they did, when another customer who was in the store and overheard my concern at the counter at the time, this gentlman came to my car window and agreed that the charge was wrong, so i decided to go back in to dispute the charge with the employee that rang me up, after realizing i was dealing with a bad attitude, face pierced, hothead employee and getting no where with him, i requested the manager to explain the charge, who also just said it doesnt matter what the sign says they charge full tax on sale items even with no indication of this on the sale sign or anywhere in the store, so feeling like i was unfairly overcharged i just requested he give me a refund but he then just tried giving me the runaround telling me they cant even refund those items.

after threatening to call the police to resolve the issue the employee who rang me up then started spewing insults calling me a "crybaby" and whatnot at me from the other end of the counter of course escalating the situation even worse, after returning a few words of my own the manager finally gave up the refund, however after i had already walked out that didnt stop the employee and manager from coming out yelling how "the manager has my back" and he and the manager will "fuck me up"

.....i guess the customer is always wrong in their stores and this is the the way wild bills handles their customer service, smh.
