On March 7, 2017, Wilcher Properties Group, FDC 94, LLC and Its' Officers, Organizers Brian Silver & Marc Chernau (who are both licensed real estate agents) conspired & colluded to engage in bid rigging on my house located at 1014 Havenridge Lane, NE, Brookhaven (Atlanta), Georgia 30319 in Dekalb County that was illegally foreclosed. One of the individuals that they employed to do this is Bryan Firestone.
They engaged in a kind of bid rigging or bid suppression referred to a phantom and complementary bid rigging whereby the parties agree in advance to submit bid during the foreclosure auction and then to assure that the bid cannot be finalized (i.e. the bidder left their checkbook at home) so that the auction has to be re-cried, thus assuring that most of the competition has left so that they can purchase the home at a much lower and less competitive price, which is what happened to me & my house.
Bid rigging during a foreclosure sale is a growing problem with severe consequences to people. It is also cheating. Brian Silver, Marc Chernau and Bryan Firestone are cheaters.
In the case of Brian Silver & Marc Chernau, as licensed real estate brokers, they violated the ethics rules and should have their licenses stripped of them. They are dishonest, unethical and have no scruples. They cannot be trust. DO NOT rent OR buy a home from their company Wilcher Properties Group, LLC or do business with their associated business entities FDC 94, LLC and Georgia Alloy, LLC (which is not even a registered business entity in Georgia.
If you do rent or buy a home from them that you find on their website - www.wilcher1.com, you do so at your peril. Don't just listen to me. Just look at the google reviews, enough of which are very negative.
