I ordered a wig from the advertised wigs.com and paid for express delivery. I received it about a month later from CHINA and it was wrong color and looked nothing tlike the style shown on the internet.
It was a poor quality wig with no style at all. I received a card to use for returns. It said to use web site of [email protected] as a return site for instructions and address to return.
This web site is boguss and does not exist. China has ripped me off !!
I ordered a wig for $85.82 from Wigsbuy website and didn't hear back for a 3 weeks. I emailed them and it took several days to hear back. They promised to let me know when the wig was ready. Two more weeks went by without word and no tracking. I did some research on reviews for them and it wasn't good; talked about the delays and shotting wigs that cost more to return than it did to purchase, plus a 25% "restock fee", which I think is a rip-off anyway. I finally filed a dispute with paypal because that is how I paid for the wig. The company never resposned to me through paypal but kept emailing me directly to cancel my dispute with paypal and they would refund me.But, if you cancel the dispute with paypal and they don't refund you, you can not open the dispute again. I told Wigsbuy twice to stop emailing me directly and to contact me through paypal but they never would. I refused to cancle with paypal. Finally, paypal refunded my money. I would advise to not deal with Wigsbuy. Their wigs are bad, and it cost more to return than they are worth and they don't want to cancel your orders, then they chage 25 stock fees. Bad company.
I made a purchase for clipon's & a human hair wig. I was forced and only allowed to use Paypal for this transaction. After 1 month the item arrived, however, I only recieved the clipon's though not anything like the picture for my purchase. I paid $57 for clipons 6 small wefts which is NOT a full head as promised and I ordered a $145 human hair wig which was not included. Well thanks to PAYPAL who advised me all they could do was have me ship the item back to China at $195 when I paid $197. Now what FOOL would do that. I cannot explain how IRRATE I am that PAYPAL allowed me to be defrauded by not protecting me from this fraudualent company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I am deactivating my PAYPAL as a result of this! I'm only putting this information on here in hopes to protect other buyers.

I ordered a wig from Wigsbuy on 11/2/2020. I paid $169.72. I received the product on 11/26/2020. The product I received looked nothing like the images depicted on the Wigsbuy website. The color was completely wrong - I ordered a dark brown/brunette color wig; I received blonde/light brown wig.
The image of the wig on their site showed a natural part, the wig I received had no natural part. I filed a dispute according to their policy on 11/26/20. I did not receive any response from them until 12/6/2020 even though their policy states they will respond within 48 hours. I reached out to them four times before they responded. I finally sent an instant message through their Facebook page before they responded.
They required that I send a picture, which I did to clearly show that they sent the wrong product. I asked for a full refund. Over several back and forth email messages, in which they refused to provide a return address for me to return the product, they finally agreed to refund $129 minus shipping charges and provided the return address; they are requiring me to pay shipping charges to return the product yet they're still planning to deduct shipping charges from the less-than full refund they're offering. They are basically trying to only refund 1/2 the purchase price.
Their products are grossly misrepresented on their site. They do not honor their return policy and they practicde fraudulent business practices.
Unable to reach them by phone or email. I did the one thing I never do, and that is to buy something online whithout checking reviewsl The horrible reviews go on and on and on. I believe they are out of China?
I see that I will never hear from them. This is in accords to the many many negative reviews.

I just received a wig from them...STAY AWAY...they take pictures of brand name wigs and then send you their "version"...a total rip off.
