Once you give them your money (do not give them your credit card!), you will never see it again. They do not give refunds of any kind whether they fix your phone or not. They make false promisies, do not communicate with you, almost never respond to calls or emails,and keep telling you the part is coming in, ( or they ordered the wrong part, or they changed venders,or any number of other excuses ).
To save you time, I will not tell you my sad tale of woe, but rest assured, you will regret going there.
You can find a hundred negative reviews on Yelp if you scroll down the page and click their "unrecommended reviews".
Where Rob L. has responded, he consistently reports "customer did not get back with us", a statement I would doubt.
They have an "F" rating with the BBB. ( 2 negative reviews and 13 unanswered complaints )
It is incredible this business has been able to maintain their locations, but probably only because so many people have broken cel phone screens and are desperate to get them repaired.
There are countless stories (can't all be made up ), of never repaired phones, lost phones, and lost data. Trusting your data to this group is a high risk venture.
They will never issue any refund once they have your money, no matter how bad the service, and no matter how much of your time they have wasted. They will jerk you around, keep you misinformed, promise they will get back to you, but they won't.
This outfit is rotten from the top down, the tone set by the owner, Rob L. His crew is apathetic, clueless, braindead,and unreponsive.
I hesitate to think what other negative potential exists when you turn your phone and personal data over to these folks who show absolutely no empathy to your problem no matter what glib promises they utter. Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had. And I will continue to caution people to avoid this disreputable excuse for a business, not only because they are horrible, but also on general principles. If you support crap, then crap is what you will get. And wigo and Rob L. are full of it.
