This company whyunified.com is a pure piece of scam. Getting the people off from Upwork as a full time employee & the same strategy they follow with the potential customers by taking them off from Upwork, charging the cards and offer NOTHING in return. And there is only one man incharge behing this whole scam "ROBERT NIKIC AKA PETER COLEMAN AKA JOHN ADAMSON".
He discovered a a very good way of generating revenue by offering alleged digital marketing services & solutions. He himself don't know anything about working hard with honesty. Robert Nikic is a real time example of a modern/digital SCAM. This Whyunified.com/ WhyUnified is his THIRD corporate scam.
Before the he was running a similar company with a different name called HEROLOCITY. His first corporate SCAM was INEROL SOLUTIONS. Check the screenshots of the reports and please feel free to Google both of the companies and You will be able to read all the reality. But now this time he is following a different strategy and have worked really hard on REPUTATION MANAGEMENT because he is fed up of doing all the rebranding again & again.
Why unified produced no results and completely lied about everything they will do. The day I put in to cancel the service due to the not doing what they promised, they debited my credit card for 2 months of service and later emailed me that it was a penalty to cancel. I’m hoping people will see this before getting scammed.
Our company hired Why Unified to manage paid digital advertising. Here is the timeline of events since the day we signed on with Why Unified.
January 17 - During a call between Peter Coleman and I, Peter offered us a multi-point marketing package - including email marketing, SEO, content marketing, social media marketing and paid advertising. I said we only wanted help with paid ads and maybe SEO. He said if we paid by e-check we could get a price reduction on the monthly subscription. I confirmed we were in agreement. Peter Coleman sent the contract, which I signed same day.
January 18 - Peter Coleman sent me the questionnaire and onboarding, along with dashboard logins to Why Unified.
January 19 - I completed both the questionnaire and onboarding. Peter said I had to wait 3-5 business days to walk through the marketing plan together
January 22 - I asked via email if we were going to talk about forecasting metrics at some point…. Peter says yes.
January 25 - I asked Peter when we would be having a walk-through of the plan - the 24th was the last business day of the 3-5 promised days. Peter tells me there was a federal holiday, hence the delay.
January 28 - Peter apologizes for the delay and suggests Thursday for a talk. I couldn’t do it on Thursday because I was traveling.
January 29 - I asked to talk today - Peter said no, but maybe Friday, if he gets a cancelation. He asks for Monday instead. I try to push for Friday with no luck.
January 31 - We confirm that we'll talk on Monday
February 3 - We have a call and go through the ‘marketing plan’ which is quite generic. I conveyed that to Peter. I emailed him written consent to start with SEO and paid ads immediately. I asked him to send me the content for approval. Instead, he sent me a contract to sign to say I approve the marketing plan.
February 5 - I ask Peter for the drafts via email.
February 6 - Peter tells me my marketing materials were completed (I thought they were already completed back on February 3rd) and he is expecting to show me them in 1 business day.
February 7 - I ask Peter for the drafts via email.
February 10 - I ask Peter for the drafts via email.
February 11 - I get an email from Dejana Vasic telling me Peter is on medical leave and that she will be my new account manager. Dejana sends me links to drafts regarding every single marketing component except the ones I wanted. She tells me the ad drafts are sitting in my business Facebook account waiting for approval. I send her screenshots of my account to confirm that Why Unified have never even accepted my invitation for them to join my business account and that there are no ad drafts in there.
February 13 - I email Dejana to ask why I haven’t heard from her.
February 14 - I ask Dejana to respond to my emails. I email her a second time to express my concern. I call the biz number and it’s out of service. I use FB messenger to connect and get one generic and unhelpful message.
February 17 - Dejana messages me to tell me there’s a ‘disconnect’ regarding my FB biz page.
During that second week of February, I also realized that our business account had been debited a second monthly subscription fee. Because of that and because of the Facebook ads mystery, I asked Dejana to connect me with a manager. She told me to expect them to get in touch within 3-4 business days. Today is March 6th, 2020 and I still haven't heard back.
Worse still, Dejana won't respond to my emails. I have called and emailed their main support on [email protected] and nobody will reply.
Also worth mentioning that their website was 'undergoing maintenance' for a large amount of time during February. When it finally did come back online I decided to call a couple of the people who were listed as their previous clients: Destination Weddings and Echo Scribe. I spoke to both companies who confirmed neither of them had ever had anything to do with Why Unified. One of the CEO's contacted Why Unified that same day to demand her name be taken off their site. Their website went back to being 'Undergoing Maintenance' during that day. When it was live again, the company had changed the testimonial page to more generic client names with no actual business logos.
I did report the company to the BBB a few days ago. The day I did that, their business address was:
