I received 95% of my order however there is a glitch with their online purchase service and the packing list their system generates. So I payed the full amount of my order, but somehow their packing slip didn't list or include the missing 5% of my order which I also payed for.
Sadly they say they don't answer the phone and do all correspondence through email, but their email on their website "[email protected]" is not in service and there is no possible place on their website to contact anyone. I even tried logging in, but there is no possible way to contact anyone to resolve this.
Even their packing slip has no phone number, or email contact. WTF.
