I have the same thing happened to me as the consumer above reported on January 24th, 2017. I'd order my shutters from the owner of the Business Wholesale Window Designs (Dave R) back in September 2016, he just took our deposit knowingly his not or didn't order our window covering Shutters . I'm not the only he scams in my community, please if anyone else that you know has been scams by these company report it.
