You pay them, they do not deliver anything after 1 month, and then hold your money hostage and will not return it. Complete Fraud / SCAM. Stay very very far away. WARNING, Do Not Buy Here!!! Friday, August 4, 2017, we rented a trailer and drove 94 miles one way to buy a BRAND NEW Coolster 3150 DX-2 150cc Full Automatic ATV for $1411.10 cash. We got it home and Saturday it didn't even run a half hour and then wouldn't start. Also, the way the kickstart was installed made it unusable as it rubbed against the plastic. Not only were we upset, but we had very disappointed kids. We had to rent a trailer again to return it on Monday. They said it needed a new battery and work done on the carburetor. Tried telling me that these machines need to have carb work done to them...I didn't hesitate to tell them when they are brand new they don't!
They tried talking us into letting them fix it several times, but you shouldn't have to repair a brand new machine! If it has issues the first day having it, I expect issues to increase as it's actually used. [continued below]....
Scammers, they sell broken bikes,they charge 179 $ for warranty but when you come you have to pay 75 doll for the first time check up.They charge 99 doll for shipping even that we bought in store, we brought back bike , they did not take it, cause it was used! Excuse me how do we know it is good if we did not try it on. It was never crushed and owner said we crushed it ,What a lier, he was rude and very agressive. if you return it new they will take 25 % of the total bill!!!! WHAT??? NOT FROM price of bike but from whole bill!!! If you bring it back to fix they will charge you 75$ plus labor, plus cost for the part. Bad business, So many bad comment and complains every wher about this place, I will I have read them earlier!!!! Police needs to come there and check what they do, sell broken bikes,same day it got broke!
I bought a motorcycle for my 13 year old son's 14th birthday it has been nothing but problems .Wholesale Motorsports and not been very helpful in resolving the problems that I've had with this motorcycle which I bought from them cash. it has been in the shop more than I have my son has roll it. staff isn't very helpful at all when asked was it when it will be fixed told me when they can get to it 4 weeks really at $75 an hour ridiculous
Wholesale Motorsports has had my son's motorcycle more than he has since we bought it constantly breaking down service department charging $75 an hour Parts they can't get for it staff not wanting to help explain things would not suggest this to my worst enemy this company is a total rip-off
