My wife and I found a bed mattress we liked and have just moved to Hawaii. We were searching for a good Queen and King mattress in Honolulu.
This is a classic 'bait and switch'- they bait you with a low price mattress and when you arrive there's just one and it's awful.
Then, they give you a hard sell. They told us they could not negotiate the price at all. When we attempted to leave, the owner blocked my path and said he would give a 30% discount. When we said nicely we would still shop, again he blocked my path. This time he started berating my wife and I.
There was absolutely no reason for him to berate us.
We were very polite.
After my wife and I headed around him, he shouted I was a 'horrible husband' for not getting the bed that my wife was interested in. I almost got into a FIST-FIGHT with him
He then followed us out and pretended he was going to hit our car. I kid you not. I'm planning to sue this guy and Wholesale Mattress Co will become under my name. Seriously.
