We simply want our money back. We can,t use it because my spouse has copd accompained with difficuly in walking.

I have repeatadly asked for our money back as we haven,t used any of the package.

We have found vacations on the internet just as cheap as they offer. We paid 3,999 for the package.

We are older so got confused at their sales meeting.

We did sign a contract which you could cancel within 3 days of signing.

I hope you can help us.

My wife and I took a cruise in Canada, along the St. Lawrence, in the beginning of June, 2019. Part of W.I.N. program is that you pay for the trip upfront and then they (within a 90 day period) send you back the discount or rebate for being a member of their club. Our discount for this trip was $170.00.

As of this date 10/6/19, we have not received this money. I have called and left numerous messages with no return call. I have talked with other agents in other departments and all they do is pass the buck. All I get it's the other's dept. responsibility talk with them. So all I get is this back and forth with no results. I have even emailed them and no results.

Thanks for whatever you can do.

After attending a WIN seminar my husband and i purchased a membership with WIN. The speakers at the seminar painted a great picture on how WIN can save you hundreds on vacations. We asked about Cruises and was told we will receive rebates from WIN after each cruise was completed. We booked three cruises with WIN. After the first cruise WIN booked for us was completed we called to receive our rebate and was told it is sent out at the end of each month. It took about two months of calling them before we received our rebate check. The second cruise rebate took about two and a half months to receive. The third cruise has been completed for five months now. We have made calls to WIN at least 3-4 times a week and now they don't bother to return our calls. looking towards Legal action right now.

WIN, Stop Calling Us

Unfortunately, we signed up for WIN and received almost 10% of our purchase price in services. We did not renew, but have received robo calls almost daily for months after not renewing. We have asked them to stop calling to no avail, just promises that they would stop.

One can get better deals elsewhere without paying anything upfront. I suggest you avoid WIN like the flu.

I wish I could rate WIN with zero stars.

In late January, 2016, I attended a seminar hosted by this travel company. At the completion I unfortunately purchased a travel service . I am a widow, retired and did not think things through and realizing I would be traveling very little. About mid March 2016 I contacted the company requesting a refund after pleading my case to Member Service Manager, Dae Byum. He advised me that he had to take my request to upper management.

Since my first contact, I Have made so many phone calls and emails as a followup to this person and cannot get a reply. Today is August 20, 2016 and I sent another email. Technically, I am still one of their paid in full clients that cannot even get a return phone call. I realize that about one month or a month and a half passed from initial purchase and I never used their services at all when I requested a refund. I feel this company should consider their clientele and their reputation and consider refunds if requested within a reasonable time and none of their services used.

My husband and I went to a sales presentation for discounted travel, presented by World Inventory Network. We used our American Express card to purchase a discount plan that would allow us to use resorts and airlines for travel to the Bahamas and to Branson, Mo. Within the 72 hours cancellation time, I called WIN, and requested three possible excursions. One excursion was to the Atlantis Resort, Bahamasone was to the Chateau in Branson, Mo., and on was to the Plaza in NYC. I was told that the cities were available, but not those specific hotels under WIN. Also, Atlantis was not available, even though I have an email that says I may travel" anywhere." After this runaround, I phoned the presentation associates, and cancelled, followed by a letter, and a separate envelop with the " fifty dollar" travel book included. According to WIN, I did what was expected of me to cancel. I have never used or accepted anything from WIN, even the so called free travel gift, because after trying three different sites for travel, Imcould tell Imwss being scammed and double dealt. No one returned my phone calls from WIN. American Express has repeatedly tried to cancel the transaction, but they claim I never contacted them. This company is one to totally avoid. As a senior citizen, I feel especially vulnerable, because of attempting to travel more for less money. This company does not tell the truth.
