I had these people do work for me on the WHMCS Smarters website. They told me they needed the money up front. They did just a little work and it took a while. Once the date passed when I was able to create a case for a payment on paypal, these guys just disappeared.
They're fraud, don't trust them. Read the reviews. Totally untrustworthy and lazy. I rarely run into problems online but these guys straight up just steal money.
