White Collar Advice Reviews

I hired Justin Paperny to provide assistance when my wife was sentenced to federal prison. He made numerous false promises as to helping her obtain an early release. I later found out that he had never spent any time in an actual federal prison and his entire experience consisted of one year in a private prison in Taft California.

He never returned any of my telephone calls and charged me far more than other consultants with real federal prison experience would have charged.

I highly reccommend that you avoid paying this fraud artist anything as he is a total ripoff, and he will make false promises to get your money.

I feel bad that I had to go to such measures to expose his fraudulent acts. Don't waste your money and fall vicitm to him like my family did.

Ok, not sure where to start. My husband was indicted for a white collar crime a little over a year and a half ago. He has never been in any kind of trouble prior. This was so shocking and scary for him and our whole family. We had no idea what to expect. The thought of him going to prison was dreadful. We started searching online to help find information. We had an attorney but she seemed not to be able to offer much when it came down to how prison life would be. We found Justin Paperny's website www.whitecollaradvice.com. We called and spoke to him a few times. He seemed very caring and genuine at first. He explained how he could help us. He told us how he would help write a letter to the judge that could help to get a reduced sentence. He also informed us of a program called RDAP. This is some kind of program that if you qualify for it you can get a year off your sentence. This sounded like a gift from the gods. Justin Paperny told us his fee was $7500 for his service. His pitch was great. We felt if he could do what he said then it would be well worth that fee. Our attorney charged us more than $200,000. So we felt this was a great deal. We were so excited at the opportunity of my husband returning sooner.

It was all a scam. Nothing good has happened. Justin Paperny promised my husband would get the RDAP program. My husband was turned down for the program because he did not have substance abuse stated in his PSR. Justin had put us in contact with a guy named Irving Schattner who is a therapist in South Florida. Justin told us how Irving would be able to get my husband in the program be stating he had substance abuse. We ended up spending just under an additional $4000 for this. After all the promises Justin Paperny made nothing has happened.

I decided we had been taking and that's that. Well now my husband was transferred to a camp in TX. There are so many inmates there that have this same story. They all say Justin will not take their calls. They call him the White Collar predator.

Justin Paperny is not a good person. If you watch his videos on youtube you will see him for what he is. He charges a pretty penny and then does not deliver. I feel the reason more people have not come forward is due to the fact they are in prison. I hope this can help just one person avoid this nightmare.

Justin Paperny is a first class thief. This man preys on families being destroyed by Federal Investigations and those who face Federal Prison time by offering his "prison consulting" scam. He charges large retainers, then disappears stealing your ideas and material. The prisons are full of his victims. He makes promises as if he were somehow "connected" to the Federal System and can help you when in all actuality he is a fraud. A 2 bit con man. Pure Evil. He even has false advertising on his website portraying that he has been on all of these major TV networks and he has not. He is a broken fool of a man and I am sure will be brought back to justice for his crimes. Representing to his prospective clients that he can influence a Federal Judge for money and then disappears. Stay away.
