Long story short. Joe asked for a service and then didnt pay for them. I did the job and it cost me material and labor. I still payed my guys for the job and never got payed for my services. He is a shady character and will take lots of shortcuts on your roofs. He also hires uncertified roofing crews. Just anybody he can find.
