Whataburger offers gift cards on its main web page. After selecting a gift card image, value, and quantity of cards Whataburger offers Paypal as a method of payment. There are major problems when Whataburger take funds from Paypal but does not send gift cards to a customer that paid for those cards. Whataburger has too many rings in the fire, isn't aware of all the businesses participating in the process of selling its gift cards. I am extremely frustrated that I had to contact Whataburger headquarters after waiting weeks and only got the run around. No customer should be put through the irritations I was. I was a customer for 50 years but when one of their an employees at Whataburger's headquarters told me that I would have to contact the email sent to me by Paypal, which was an automated email, I became so agitated that I decided to stop using them, inform others such as those in the Association of Former Students, and other Six-Mile Texas businesses. Whataburger needs to shape up. Its headquarters' PR is quite poor. Not only did Whataburger take my money but on its we page the number of gift cards were increased to 6 at times and I did not even request that many. Some skullduggery has been taking place here. You would not think a long-term customer of 50 years would e treated like that.
