I was interested in purchasing a tennis bag and loved the bags that Whaksak Inc had on their website. I placed my order and promptly received an email informing me that the payment had been received and the bag would be delivered shortly. I had also payed for express delivery. After that email, neither have I received my bag, nor have I had any response from the company. I have sent them several messages trying to inquire about the status of my order, but no reply. I do not know why this company is still allowed to do business and rip-off the public. It's pathetic !!
