Came to dealership on 10/29 to get my 2013 Ford F150 serviced. My initial issue was that my key would not come out of the ignition. At that time I did advised them that I have a Ford ESP warranty. They told me that they would have to do an inspection on the vehicle to determine the problem. After the diagnostic the service tech informed me that I had a broken shifter and a radiator leak. I told him to fix everything that is covered under the warranty. He called and told me that they car would be done 11/2 and that they wanted to know if I wanted the leak fix? I asked was it covered under the warranty, he (Johnny) said no, then I said don’t fix it. I just pay my deductible ($200.00) and get the leak fixed at a later time. He then tells me that they charged me for another diagnostic on the leak!!! I told him I didn’t authorize that and asked to speak with his manager. He transferred me to Harvish and he told me that they charge diagnostics on each issue on a vehicle and that I authorized it. I told him I did not!. I get up to the dealership to pick up my vehicle and Harvish refused to come and speak with me to discuss the matter at hand. They also told me that they would not release my vehicle until I paid the full price ($329.00). So I made 2 payment transactions, one for $200.00 and another for $129.00 in order for them to release the vehicle back to me.
I bought my wife a new Explorer at Westway Ford. The sales person was Brandon Goodman. My wife had a very particular color in mind and a specific configuration. She did not want the mid row bucket seats. Brandon found us the right color and the layout my wife was looking for and came in for less than the payment we were quoted.
I will definitely buy from them and from Brandon again. Maybe a Mustang in my future...

I went to the westway ford company to buy a FORD TAURUS sedan 2015 model.I told them up front that I have a H1 B visa and I am new and that I want a car for 0% APR else I wont be taking it . They were very bad in providing information and lied from Day 1. They first told me that someone would call me up from FORD to see if I'm a real person and then would give me a 0% APR for the FORD Taurus to which I agreed.
Nobody ended up calling me from FORD for two whole days. The third day Sylvester calls me up and tells me that I will get a Ford Focus for 0% APR to which I cribbed but again said OK.They take me to the dealership and make me sign the papers and buy the auto insurance on the spot and take 1000 dollars from me and tell me that i have to pay only around 350 dollars a month for 60 months and the car is mine.I happily paid the money and thinking I finally got my new car I went home with the car and have been using it till today which is almost two weeks from the date i brought the car home.Today a person named Luca called me from westway ford and says that 0% APR cannot be given to me as i dont have a green card.
They are forcing me to return the car tomorrow . In the period of one week of the car usage my only mode of transportation was my car . They put me through hell literally to sell me the car by spelling out all sort of lies. They forcefully did a credit check when I told them upfront that i dont have credit history because i am new to the country. Inspite of repeatedly telling them this they sold me the car promising 0 APR and now are asking me for it back when clearly they are on the wrong foot for not being upfront and truthful about what it entails for a foreigner to buy a car with them.
