Booked a b&b room thru what i thought was their reservation service on their website. It was a scam website that directed me to reservations.com via telephone. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. Expedia is the parent company of reservations.com. I was charged the $14.99 fee and the b&b owner says he will get paid 20% less than the room's cost. That is 2 fees from 1 reservation. This is fraud...Consumer rape...Scam...Extortion, etc do not use this website!
