ABE WOULD BREACH AGREEMENTS BY JUST CHANGING HIS MIND. I WAS A DESIGNER AND I DID NOT GET PAID MY COMMISIONS ON MY CLIENTS PURCHASES FROM HIS COMPANY. THE ONLY THING THAT SEEMS TO DRIVE THIS GUY IS MONEY AND HE DOES NOT CARE HOW HE GETS IT. HE DEFINATELY DOES NOT WANT TO PART WITH IT EVEN IF I EARNED IT. HE IS PATHETIC. GOOGLE HIS NAME AND WATCH OUT.
I SEE THERE IS A REPORT LISTING 12 LAWSUITS. HE ACTUALLY HAS MANY MORE.

ABE MALLA IS THIEF, LIAR, CON MAN Pramil Kumar is friend and good man. He made mistake and supplied merchandise to Abe Malla. Abe Malla shut his company down and would not reply to any calls. He drives around in a BMW but has no money he claims. HE IS THIEF. SEE Pramil letter to "abboud abe Malla". June 17, 2016 Mr. Abboud Malla/ Mr. Abe Malla Westside Market Antiques & Interiors 1530 Ellsworth Industrial Blvd Atlanta, Ga. 30318 404 941-3466 I hear you change your company again, like you change to another partner. I am sure they know your way of doing business with no morals. As a Muslim you should be ashamed how you do business.
I still do not understand why you choose to not pay and steal $ 49,721.00 from me. I guess my mistake was trust in you and believe that you were honorable man. You dishonor yourself. I called your Westside Foundry and it is disconnected.
I look up the address and Westside Market “Abe Malla” is owner. New name to go with new business. New business to take advantage of new people. You are shameful person. Pay what is overdue by many years or I will distribute to all in your type of business (Antique Market and rug businesses) & let them know what type of person you are. Dear Abboud Malla, As promised by you on my last visit to Atlanta, May 17th 2004, I have not received a single penny from you. This is nothing new for me, as you have been promising me the same thing for last 4-5 year & you have not taken any action to fulfill your obligations. Since you had moved from Alpharetta without any forwarding contact, I knew that your intentions were not honest & you were not planning to pay me the money you had owed me for last 4-5 years. Honest businesses just do not relocate or move without letting their business partners know, particularly when they owe some money. After waiting for a year, I had to make a special trip to Atlanta just locate you. While in Atlanta, it took me 2 days to track you down.
I started with your previous landlords in Alpharetta, local post office and finally talking with some people in rug business, I came across you contact. I have left over 100-200 messages in last few years & I have yet to receive a call back from you. Initially we had sold 158 rugs to you on a promise that you will pay me as you sell those rugs. So far, you had sent me a single check for $5,000.00 out of your total obligation of $79,138. After hearing your excuses day after day & realizing that you do not have right intentions, couple of year ago, I had asked you to send me the left over inventory. Finally, to my surprise, I did receive a total of 48 rugs from you in 2003 at my expense.
I have enough e-mails & correspondence from you to prove the facts. I was sincerely hoping that once times get better, you might decide to fulfill your promises. Till now, I have been very patient with you & since you have down reasonably well, I will like to give you more chance to clear this obligation. I have already contacted a local lawyer in Atlanta & planned my Atlanta visit next month in June. I will not hesitate to go to court. Mind you, instead of $50,000 you owe me now, I will sue you and your company “Designer Rugs & Tapestries” for 4-5 times the original sum plus all the court costs.
Once again, here is the outstanding balance & I have also attached my last letter, dated May 28, 2004 to you. Original Invoices for 158 rugs: $ 79,138.00 Credit for 48 returned Rugs $ 24,417.00 Credit for one payment $ 5,000.00 Outstanding Balance $ 49,721.00 I came to USA as an immigrant like you, we are both blessed: hope you realize that, to get a chance to live in this land of honest people & plenty of opportunities. That is what made this a great nation & I will make sure that I will do my share to keep it that way.
One thing this county has taught me is that one person can make a difference: there are ways to keep people honest if they do not follow the rules. If I do not take any action now that I have not done my duty as a USA citizen. I myself went thru hard times and had to sell my house, I have told you that, but I will be d**n if I ever cheat and deceive anybody. I do not understand as to why you have decided to take this course. Believe me, I will make sure that I keep my promise & make sure that you do not repeat this mistake ever again.
Abboud, you make a decision & let me know within a week. Otherwise, “Designer Rugs & Tapestries” will hear from my lawyer in next few weeks. If I do not here from you within a week, by May 25th, 2005, with a plan to pay your dues, I will start the proceedings. I will also make sure that people dealing with you in & out of Rug business are aware of this so that you will not repeat this mistake in future.
