As part of a process of leaving my home nation to come to Australia I have now become aware that I am a victim of various crimes in Australia, and that includes numerous frauds, and thefts, and disinformation given and told to me related to finances and the immigration processes themselves.

In effect Westpac and their people have conspired with others in Australia in financial and violent crimes done to me in Australia and in my home nation.

This was done in order it seems to protect those who did the violence and thefts, and to not pay me.

Westpac has lied to me repeatedly in relation to my accounts and how payments would be made to me, and this is part of the ongoing set of crimes that would bring me to their nation and forced me to leave my home nation. They are both wrong now.

In effect all monies and expenses as spent over the last 7 years in Australia are all theft. This is all done in bad faith and on murder and theft.

To the history with Westpac and their wrong doing:

In late 2013 I meet with a Westpac employee Amy Brownfield in St Kilda which is a suburb of Melbourne in Victoria Australia and open a savings and checking account with them.

Amy's dialog related to doing business with them is misleading and evasive.

She discusses how I should bring all of it with me. Keep moving my money over each month. How I can do these things in the privacy of my own home. How they would be able to execute and process checks and payments owed to me from my original nation.

Based on her behaviour and the rest she is guilty and she lied to me.

I continue to operate under the notion they are right, and I will remain in Australia.

I go to lease an apartment up north near Brisbane Australia in the State of Queensland sometime mid 2014.

I visit a Westpac branch near Bowen Hills QLD and speak to another female bank agent. She confirms that my money is there, as if they are keeping it safe for me and I am to be paid in Australia. And confirms and answers my question as to the deposit of checks from the other nation, saying they get deposited in Australia. She lied, she also acted guilty and evasive.

The process of discovery and prosecuting my home nation continues.

I approach Westpac in Potts Point New South Wales Sydney Australia area March 16, 2018 to open additional accounts.

I speak to banking agents Conchi Vidal, and others, to open the accounts, and I am asked for information they did not need, and could not ask for, being information from my home nation. I was wary but I complied.

They then claimed as they recorded it they don't know what it means, and this is done in an effort to conceal/cover for fact they can't ask for it and the harm caused by them knowing it.

They then claimed that my benefit payments from the other nation would be direct deposited into my Westpac account, that is not possible. I did not disagree at the time.

That was said in order to validate their identity theft and so forth.

I move forward in Australia and travel back up north to Brisbane area. As I look for places to live, I stay in a local hostel and Westpac holds my account on a fraud hold and I phone them. They (she) verify my ID, ask some odd questions related to "codes" in their offers to me and how they might mean something, essentially hoping to know if I know they are caught.

I am told I need to visit a branch and provide my passport and release the account. I make my way to do so and take a cab to a CBD Brisbane Westpac branch and wait in line to see the one (male) teller using a computer screen and helping customers. As I approach him and the customer ahead of me leaves a man enters and says he needs to speak to the teller and teller says I need to do this first is that ok? I said of course.

It becomes obvious that the new man is a treasury agent and the teller says something to the effect "These are joint accounts being marital, these unfortunately are closed, those are hers, and those are his" to which the treasury agent says "They are all his, they are annulling the marriage, and he is standing right there" meaning me. Treasury person asks for print outs of that and then he leaves.

I tell the teller what is going on, he seems to know now, and has me log in and prove this is my account etc, and he makes suggestions about walls having ears but essentially implies in effect "We know too much" and are caught.

Westpac would not (need to) know this.

This is about trust as he implied. I agreed and left to do my business.

I do some touring and end up back in Potts Point, again speak to another female banking agent on the phone, she fishes on notion of did someone approach me and offer forms of duress to draw cash (Amy Brownfield cover) and claim to be from Microsoft. This is untoward.

They are stacking fraud on fraud on sleight of hand and inventing diligence on top of that. Others at hotels in the area are now involved as well.

I meet again at the Potts Point NSW branch meet with a tall male banking agent, might have been treasury. We speak to my being here and what is happening with the accounts. He has me meet with him in an office and he calls someone, a female Westpac agent and she asks questions and they release the account.

This is their admission this was all done under duress and false pretense and Westpac and the Crown are at fault.

They lied to me.

This speaks to and looks as an effort to cover their holes in their ledger systems which I discussed with them earlier.

Their ledger problem will affect all users of their bank in that savings and checking account ledgers are too soft.

They are mutable and not atomic.

Transactions strike the ledger, say a debit card purchase, and then the date moves along from one day to the next day say maybe to Monday if done on a Weekend day. This is nonsense.

Transactions in the past can change, they can be deleted, or things can be added.

This is far too many holes in their system and this is fraud and theft.

Good example? Make a purchase on your card, it hits the ledger. Westpac finalizes it. Vendor does not ship. You dispute, Westpac offers a temporary credit. Ledger changes later, they bill back the credit, AND drop the temporary credit. You, in this case I, since I caught that one, are billed twice for what you did not receive.

The product is useless.
