West Host.com has to be one of the worst web hosting services available. Their systems are old and outdated, and then they want to charge you more to simply be on a modern platform. Their support process is a joke...they just hide behind email tickets and then make you hunt them down by phone.
They have an excuse for everything about why they do things the way they do and why it has to be so cumbersome to work with them.
