Im at home trying to send money from my card with the WU app.. It said the site was down..so i called WU to verify why and when will it be available to use...before i knew anything ...moneys being taken off my card...so when i called to report this ...they were closed.. This is a inside job..they know people are getting ripped off..call the FBI

This week western union tried to rip off my money again during a purchase. Some online purchases will take a security hold that should be reversed back on your card after funds for purchase is cleared. Western union is not reversing these funds and they play the blame game. Its not them its the company you made the purchase with, in return the company tells you no its western union net spend that has to return the money. Western union stole $156 from my account that they never reversed back on my card they told me during their investigation that they found no wrong doing and that I was not entitled to the funds. They tried it again this week with $50 and with a whole lot of screaming and cursing they reversed the $50 back on my card. I'm getting rid of this card asap.

Open with Western Union NetSpend for over a year-and-a-half now I was told that this was a different type of card and that they are really friendly so not the case my first incident would I purchase a washer back in May and headed to dispute a transaction they allowed me to wait 50 days for me to get my $200 back please keep in mind that the owner of the store called them on 3 Way trying to set up a meeting called his bank his bank indicated to them that they never received the phone and that if they would just send them to them to the company where I purchase the washer that they would actually give me the money they live for parsley 2 months and made me wait 60 days actually a total of 90 to get my money the second incident occurred when I was reaching out to them in regards to this incident and Brinks prepaid Mastercard send me an email in the Western Union in box saying that if I had any questions in regards to the email that I had sent to Western Union to give them a call please keep in mind on your forehead Brinks prepaid anything so when I got in touch with Western Union they inform me and apologized saying that it was sent to all the customers yeah I sent her a copy indicating that it was responsive to a email that I sent Western Union so why would they accidentally send a email that pertain to what I was sending Western Union to me and every other customer it just didn't make sense and I still have that email as well third incident occurred the week of the election I have been receiving direct deposit in this account pretty much every since I opened the account with that being said I receive also an indication informing me that the money was deposited into the account this election 2016 I was not receiving my money in reference to my direct deposit they informed me that I had to wait into my bank release them and that they did not have the funds so until they receive the funds from my bank it was nothing that they could do so I informed them that I had proof that it was deposited on that Wednesday and that there was no reason for me not to receive my money then on Sunday evening my money was deposited in my account no banks are open on Sunday I provided all this information to them indicating that my bank is not open on Sunday and how is it that they receive a transaction on Sunday evening not at 12 o'clock this was about 1:30 maybe 2 o'clock and I also have proof of that indicating that I had a deposit of mine direct deposit in the account so on this following week which is Thanksgiving weekend the incident occurred again with this incident occurring again I asked him where is my money they tried to give me the same scenario and head to dispute to transaction

they allowed me to wait 50 days for me to get my $200 back please keep in mind that the owner of the store called Merchant and the merchant called on three-way with me and I feel had to wait 60 days to get my money the recent incident that occurred was election wheat I didn't receive my money when they indicated and I do mean the government indicated that they deposit my money on Wednesday applying calling them and they said that my bank didn't send the money Sunday evening is when I receive the deposit when I questioned him what bank was open on Sunday they could not give me an answer all I received was disconnect from a manager a supervisor and a customer service representative that's Patrick and I have his ID number that's grandma and I also have Robert as a manager and Melissa as a supervisor none of these Representatives would assist me and not only that I also have proof that not only the deposit was sent in again on Wednesday and there was a delay in paying me my money in my funding again for Thanksgiving with no explanation but this time was a little different because I had taken my three-year-old daughter to the doctors she had a fever burning up sick I informed them at 6 o'clock on Friday evening what did I need to do because I needed to get her prescription they informed me it was nothing that they could do continuously hung up in my face continuously been very rude to me and I informed them that this was my daughter's help and I was not in for their game that I will allow them to know this but I was too to the full extent of my daughter becomes worse because of their negligence in their life I've gotten disconnected from even two supervisors in regards to this incident it makes no sense and something should be done about NetSpend Western Union
