I went to a dealership and got a suv financed through western funding. My first car payment was due on may 8th i paid on the 4th. When i made a payment i went ahead and set up auto pay. They told me it was set up and to enjoy the rest of my day. June gets here and of course i dont call to make a payment because AUTO PAY WAS SET UP. June 22nd i get a call from a representative explaining that they havent received a payment. I immediately get upset because its only the 2nd payment and i was told auto pay was set up.. I asked them to go to the recorded lines but no one did so. I explained that i got paid the next day and i would call and pay it first thing in the a.m which they said was ok. So i call them the next day to make my payment and a representative explains that i nolonger have an account with them and to call the dealer. Im confused because i still have the car and when i call the dealer they tell me they dont know what im talking about and to call the finance company. I just want to make my payment because this situation was completely their fault. What should i do?
I’ve been paying for almost 1 year never updated my credit report I feel like I’m being ripped off of paying to much for a 2008 the loan was only suppose to be for 13 thousand so I don’t know how it’s 22 thousand if I’ve been paying my pay off it’s still at 13 thousand this doesn’t make sense and I’ve been having way to many people car never talked to anyone real from that place I told them I didn’t want the car in the first place bc it’s messed up and still having to pay on it 424.11 a month is a lot for an old car that they want to repo for missing 1 payment when they said it was fine I’ve seen so many different files on here with other people having the same problem, i don’t know what else to do my payoff keeps being around the same number witch doesn’t make any sense I never even gave my consent to even have this bank the dealer ship did it then self and told me sign this paper witch I already got approved somewhere else and signed everything them my car got repoed 1 week later this is just to much
I was ill and had gotten behind on a few payments, but when health got better I was able to pay online and when I do it gives me the amount of my payment. I paid the payment full every time as it does not let you pay a different amount. But then I started getting collection calls and several a day everyday. I am still getting them even after talking to them many times and telling them I have always paid the payment in full. One supervisor screamed at me and when we got done offered to waive half the amount as it is late fee's they are trying to collect on. I explained that I felt collection calls were for payments owed, not late fee's only. They are still calling everyday, so I told them that I was going to record the call and they got nasty and said I do not authorize you to record this call, even after telling me that my call was being recorded. I am trying to see if I can get an attorney as I feel it is illegal to harrass me over late fee's as all my payments are paid and I continue to pay my car payment every month. Terrible company to deal with and it was not my choice as original company sold my loan to them.
