I have tried very hard to be understanding but the internet service WATVC offers SUCKS and is blatantly overpriced. I have the Silver package, which is the 3mbps service and they charge 50 a month for that. The service is very inconsistent, going out anytime the temp dips below 30. I live in the middle of town and average having internet trouble at least 3-4 times a month. The technicians are incompetent and very rude. Customer service? Forget about it with this crew. Once I paid my bill over the phone using a credit card and my internet for shut off the next day for non payment because the woman at the Fayette office (the only office that has a credit card machine) failed to notify the Hamilton office. This is 2016 not 1976. Time to join the 21st century. The people at the Hamilton office, particularly Linda, are so haughty and full of themselves I hate dealing with them. Once I went to settle my bill and that witch looked at me like I had a disease or something and she even high hatted me in the grocery store. They keep raising their rates yet providing the shittiest service I have ever had. People in major metropolitan areas don't know how lucky they are to get faster and more affordable internet. WATVC needs to sell out or fire everybody and bring in folks who are knowledgeable and have stellar customer service skills.
