I called florist listed on internet to order flowers. They took my credit card info, name, address,phone # and promised same day delivery.
No flowers were delivered, and when I called next day, gave them the confirmation # they provided, their reply was they could not find the order.
I then called my credit card company, and they had the charge from florist but still no flowers. I feel I have been scammed.Should I change my cc#? They have all my info now .
Buyer Beware! This company overcharges your credit card, the charge on the card is almost 50% more than your checkout shopping cart amount. Our gift of flowers were never delivered so it is some kind of fraud, which I have reported to my bank, consumer reports and filing a report for internet fraud.
Their customer service are just people who are used to all these complaints, forward you to a voice mail and never call you back. I have tried with multiple phone calls totaling almost 2 1/2 hours of holds, waiting and hangups. Hundreds of customers are complaining on various sites that experienced the same thing as me. The company's fake google reviews are ridiculous. They claim to be A+ with the BBB, but they actually have no rating.
Found florist in google and ordered flowers for granddaughter's 12 th birthday to be delivered 8/11/5 late afternoon to her home. Birthday is 8/12/15. Noted online price of $26.99. Talked to person who was very difficult to understand. Total price was $48.11. Unable to understand cause of increase. I thought I was speaking to someone in the store.
By 8/10/15 I decided to call back and confirm price and the actual fees I was paying. I was told my $80.00 order was going out in pm. I questioned the order and the delivery date and after several attempts to clarify order was told my order number was not correct. It was confirmed that the correct # was now found and the daisys wound be delivered 8/11/15 late afternoon.
At his time (8/13) the flowers have NOT been delivered and there is a charge to my credit card for $48.11. I have made multiple attempts to speak to someone in customer service only to be put on hold for lenghty periods of time and then then disconnected. I did receive, on 1 attempt, instructions to leave my return number and e mail address and I would be contacted as soon as customer service available.
