Wells Fargo Dealer Services and it's employees were complicit in fraud from the car dealer they contract financing with. For almost two years, this case has been passed around WFDS staff, no one settles and no one does anything but pass it on to someone else. I've been damaged financially, but with the laws as they are, it's difficult and very expensive to recover damages. No one at Wells Fargo Dealer Services is interested in making this right, just covering it up. Watching recent Congressional Hearings, it appears Wells Fargo is corrupt top to bottom.

I purchased my home (modular) back in 2000 from Americas Servicing Company. My mother passed in 2005. Her name and my ex was on the loan. I had to refinance after her passing and it went into my name. Everything was fine until I received a letter in the mail telling me that Wells Fargo bout my loan from ASC.

About a year and half or 2 years ago I had a hardship. I lost a job that I had for 10 years. I called Wells Fargo to talk to them about refinancing and they told me that they do not refinance modular homes. I do not understand why they bought my mortgage when they don't even finance homes like mine. I have had nothing but trouble out of them.

I was married in 1998 to Rod Willis, who had a mortgage with Wells Fargo on the residence that became the marital residence. The mortgage was in his name only. Shortly after our marriage, my name was added to the deed. For the next 10 years, I paid the mortgage from my account, spoke with Wells Fargo employees and remained as an owner of record in the State of Delaware. In 2008, Mr. Willis abandoned the marriage and stopped paying the mortgage. I tried numerous times to speak to Wells Fargo about correcting the mortgage, however, suddenly, they would no longer speak to me. I reminded them that I had spoken to them numerous times over the past 10 years and had even worked with them when Mr. Willis had allowed the home to go into foreclosure twice! They refused to communicate with me.

Out of frustration, I filed a complaint with the Federal Reserve while the foreclosure was still active. I filed my complaint and answered every email with information requested. Wells Fargo contacted me and told me that if I cured Mr. Willis' late payments, the house would not be foreclosed on, but I would not have standing as an owner. Wells Fargo responded to the Federal Reserve request for information/clarification and I was precluded from seeing their response because it contained "privileged" information. The complaint died in the Federal Reserve. A few months later, the Sheriff sold my home at a Sheriff's Sale. The presiding Sheriff in New Castle County, Trinidad Navarro, did nothing to stop the sale. ON the day of the sale I showed up and again told him my home was being sold without a debt to Wells Fargo.

I never signed a mortgage, promissory note or any other form of contract that would have made Mr. Willis' debt my own. The banks are taking property that hardworking citizens have paid for, through their "interest first' payment schedule. Thieves in plain sight and no one cares.

My mother died 2nd week of December 2016. She passed away in a nursing facility. She left no will and her only asset was a small bank account at Wells Fargo in Denton Texas. I was advised by WF to visit the branch, where Mom and I both have/had accounts for 10 years, and bring original death certificate. I complied. I also brought additional identifying paperwork: her bank Statements, her WF check book, her WF issued ATM card, her WF issued credit card (0 balance), and my personal identification information. A copy of her death certificate was made. Without even looking at my information, I was advised since there was no will, no POD, WF legal dept would investigate. I heard back yesterday. The person I spoke with, a normal bank employee advised I cannot close her account. I would need to obtain a lawyer or begin probate. They were aware there was no will. I again stated per Texas statute her estate qualifies for a small estate sworn affidavit along with death certificate. Needless to say they refused said information. I also added I contacted Social Security as mom had direct deposit. SS would like their last deposit back, rightly so, and only I can retrieve said deposit. Information sent to SS reflects myself as next of kin. Now if a government agency recognizes this, why can't WF?

Wells Fargo Handled my retirement account at my place of employment. When I left the company and settled up my retirement account with loans and distribution and there was nothing left. They are crooked and rip off artist, They should not be allowed to bank any longer. Their associates are very rude to talk to and treat you like you are nothing to them. Will never do business with Wells Fargo Bank again..

Our compnay wired funds ($126,000) to an account at Wells Fargo, Houston Texas that we thought belonged to one of our suppliers but the account turned out to be that of another company or individual and the bank release the funds to this entity that was not a benefociary on the account we wired the money to.

Wells Fargo refuses to return these funds, so we were ripped off for more than $126,000

Today I received an email stating I had insufficient funds in my Wells Fargo account. I thought how can that be? I looked at this account just last week and I had $157.62 Mind you I only use this account for one purpose and that is to pay a Wells Fargo credit card I have. So I have my credit card payment automatically withdrawn so all I have to do is every other month or so make a deposit to maintain enough money for the automatic payment to clear. Anyway, I logged onto my checking account with Wells Fargo to find out what happened. It says the deducted $125 for "Legal Order Fee Debit Case# ( my case number ). I immediately called and of course they told me it has to be handled by a special department and they are closed, call back tomorrow. So while I sit here and rage at the nerve of them, I decided to Google what a Legar Order Fee Debit Case means and it's loaded with similar cases all by... drumroll please .. yes you got it Wells Fargo. It seems they do this quite often and it seems to be written in the fine print in which we signed.

About 27 years ago, we decided we wanted to try and buy a house, at that time it was common to line up early at banks to try to get a good rate.

We had a house in mind, so we lined up at alocal bank for us, A Ohio savings bank, in mentor Ohio 44060, we got to the babk at about 6;00 A.M. fortunately there were not too amny others there.

Long story short, we were able to get the loan we wanted, we got 7.99% interest,30 years FHA fixed. which was pretty good 27 years ago.

And as usual, Ohio Savings , sold our note to a company called, Leader Mortage,than a little later, Leader Mtg. sold the note to Wells fargo Mtg.

That is what this whole disgusting mess is about, if you keep up at all regarding Mtg. companies, you would know about all the possible scams and did honest practices that wells fargo may be involved in,?

As was mentioned, we bought our house Approx. 27 years ago, Title transfered , Oct,25th 1989, and we moved into our house, Friday the 13th, November , 1989.

As was mentioned, the note had transfered from, Ohio savings,Mentor Ohio 44060,and than to Leader Mtg,for a few months I believe, and then to , Unfortunately to Wells fargo Mtg.

Again, this is a 30 year fixed, FHA loan, not any thing like variable interest rate, I believe about 15 years ago, that was when interest rates began to fall, and apparently Wells fargo may have been worried about loosing customers, So they offered their customers a lower interest rate, with no closing costs, or any other costs what so ever,?

Sounds pretty good Hah? But the only problem with what most people were at first pretty happy about, it was not until, unfortunately much later, we found out, we thought Wells Fargo mtg. were a bunch of nice guys, well not at all, they never told their customers, about, well, sure we got a much nicer interest rate, but our note, went back to another 30 year Mtg.?

I believe one time, we may have got a what was called a cash out, I believe only around $5,000.00 , to pay off some credit cards, but we recently have found out, is totally apauling and did gusting, we had found some of our paper work, one in particular, dated ,11-30-2011, I believe this date was when we decided to try and lower or time for paying off the mtg,

Unfortunately we found out, that time, 11-30-2011, was the date that we took out a 15 year Mtg, from wells Fargo Mtg. but much to or did gust and surprise, the loan amount, was for, $65,935.00 ? still at the lower rate these scum bags gave us-of 3.875. but some possible low life decided to add an extra $15,000.00 or more to our note,?

Ok wait it gets even better, we had called these possible low lifes a couple days ago, I believe we spoke to a Alisha,she is the one that told us, the amount of, $65,935.00 for the dates of, 11-30-2011, but she had also mentioned some thing about another possible dis honest transaction- a date of 2003 or 2004, our mtg, note was at, $77,000.00 ? I asked her what the hell was she talking about.

Let's recoop all of the possible BULL-SH** now, we bought our house back in 1989, as was mentioned, started off with Ohio Savings, than sold to a Leader Mtg, than Leader Mtg, apparently sold the note to Wells fargo Mtg. So, Please some one tell us, how could we start off with a $53,000.00 note ,27 tears ago, we have never missed a payment, in fact most every month I would always pay a little extra, not a huge amount, but on average $8.00 to $15.00 extra to go toward the principle.

So how come, there has only been a $10.000.00 to $15.000.00 decrease in the amount we still owe,? As of this month, November,2016, our current pay off amount is , Aprox, $47.500.00 ? And when adding the possible $5,000.00 cash out , to the $47,500.00 , How on earth could this mtg, have only decreased less than $15,000.00 , after making payments to this possible low life mtg, company in my opinion , for 27 years, and as was mentioned, we have never missed a payment,???

Of course, that does not surprise me, we just saw on the news again, more possible didhonest practices about Wells fargo Mtg, I believ to date, Wells fargo Mtg. company, had fired I believe 5 Thousand employees, Earlier this week, a long time , CEO, John Stumpf decided to retire, copyright 2016,CNN. all rights reserved. I woner why this possible scum bag low life, decided to retire,? No dout, he was probablty given a several million dollar severence pay ?

Kasich, announced three major moves against wells afrgo. State agencies can't hire the bank in financial services contracts for one year. wells fargo will be banned from participating in Ohio's future debt sales for the next year, And Kasich will try to exclude the bank from participating in bond sales by the Ohio public facilities commission.

Need I go on ? well I will, further it states, Openings were down by 30% from August, which was right before it came to light that the bank FIRED more than 5,000 workers for creating unauthorized accounts. Those former workers said they were under enormous pressure from management to meet strict sales quotas.

Here is the real sad, and scarry part. wells farge has since admitted to opening as many as [[[ 2 MILLION ]] FAKE ACCOUNTS SINCE 2011 ,??

And was already mentioned, the wells fargo CEO, decided for some strange reason to retire, kind of like fleeing from a sinking ship, ???

Surprisingly, the above time frame, seems to kind of coincide with the possible extra $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 , that seems to be the amount extra that wells fargo may of some how decided not to apply to our Mtg note ???

I hope others see all the above Bull-SH** that we thought this sweet heart of a Mtg. company has done to their customers, we are looking forward to a possible class action law suit, as our Lawer had mentioned to us, Please any other people, that may have the extreme misfortune of having this possible , Low life Mtg, company, for their home, please ask, wells fargo mtg, to supply all of the information related to them.

Wells Fargo Dealer Services is the worst customer services department you will ever encounter. I have been in contact with them mare than 10 times regarding the return of my car loan release. It has been more than 5 weeks since the loan was paid off. I have had to buy back the car I traded in costing me 12,200, after repeted attempts to get title release from wells fargo dealer services. Current calls end up getting transfered to voice mail and never returned proving this company is full of people that simply DO NOT CARE . Have filed complaint with Better Business Bureau.

This company is by far the most incompantant loan finace company ever, their custmor service is a joke, they will lie and cheat you out of money or your property. STAY AWAY FOR THESE CROOKED BANKSTERS

I filed a claim for a cracked screen on my Iphone after it was dropped. I was given two options. Either get an estimate and see if it is covered by the insurance or have it fixed and send a copy of the receipt. Either way the phone needed to be fixed, so I took it to Apple and had it fixed. I submitted all the paperwork to include the receipt for the repair. The receipt had the amount charged and that it read " repair display assembly". (obviously, the screen).

Cardmember Services would not honor my claim because the receipt did not state WHY the display assembly needed repaired. ARE YOU KIDDING ME ??? It needed repaired because it was CRACKED.

Wells Fargo told me that they would provide free cellphone insurance as long as I pay my cellphone bill with their credit card. I've been paying for my cellphone bill every month $248.00 for over a year and never had a claim until now. Bottom line is that they will find every excuse to make your life miserable so that you give up and they don't have to pay.

Needless to say, good bye wells fargo credit card. Maybe they can create another phantom account for the one they are about to lose with me.

Bottom line, you're better off paying cellphone insurance through your cellphone provider and avoid this headache at all cost. It's not worth it. Bottom line is "you don't really have insurance" if your counting on Wells Fargo Cardmember Services.

I had a brand new axiom xb. The original bank was watchovia Apparently they sold out to Wells Fargo. . They claimed they didn't revive one payment. I had continued to make regular payment and they never contacted me about this one month that was missing .... no warning they can to my place of employment and took my vehicle. I phoned immediately to the bank. They were rude and had been charging me late fees and high interest on that one month. They wanted almost 1300 immediately to bring a loan that I was currentt on to not repose my car. Even had to pay to get my own belongings out of the. Car. So unethical and ruined my credit

I deposited my payroll check before the nightly cutoff on Friday at an automatic ATM. I do this every week andfandf the money is always available immediately. This week, though, they listed the check as 'pending' and it is still in that status today. Supposedly its a deposit "pending" to "verify" although I have deposited this check weekly for years now. My account is now overdrawn with fees and I have yet to be given info on when they will release my money or why it is still pending, now Monday afternoon.

Tired of the transaction process of Wells Fargo. Been banking with them for 24 years and made a complaint about a few transacations and have notices the handling of my transactions have changed since that complaint. Have started to incure overdraft fee now based on the way they handled transactions. Have other accounts but use this mainly for my sons expenses and made a deposit on the 8/4/16 with a Bank of America check over 2000.00 at the ATM and received a notice that funds would not be available until the 5th. Proceeded with transaction and got notification that the deposit had been made and that the account showed a postive balance on the 6th. Went to withdraw funds at the ATM and was told that the account did not have funds so I talked to the banker who notified me it was because of the amount of overdrafts I had incurred in the last 6 months forced the system to put a hold on that check. I explained that I had most of those reversed about 3 months previous due to the process of the bank posting a transaction then unposting it and then posting it again the following week and me not being notified about the unposting. Being a account that I started using for limited transactions it added up real quick due to the fact I knew what I had spent and when I reviewed it prior to making a few small transactions.

Well upon calling WellsFargo to ask what was up with this transaction they told me funds would not be available until 8/11/16 now and that there was nothing I could do about it. Well I wanted my check back then so I can walk across the street and cash it. They could not do that. I ask if they could verify funds and they told me that Bank of America does not verify funds. Now I'm hot and realize what they are doing. Well I ask if the transaction that my sons tuition comes out of will be covered and if I will be charge overdraft fees. The represenative tells me no but checking this morning on the 8th a $35.00 fee has occured. So now I call this morning and the represenative says yes there is a overdraft fee due to the transaction on the 5th. Well not being a rock scientist I asked why if there was a deposit on the 4th? Well I was told that transaction was held, then I asked, "Why was I told differently on the the 6th?" The response I got was there is nothing I can do. I asked" Why was the transaction was being held due to overdrafts. Would the deposit help stop the overdrafts?" Then I was told that due to the overdrafts that the deposit needed to be verifed it to make sure funds where there with the check I deposited and it was not fraudulant. So I asked the customer service rep to look at the amount of fraudulant checks I had deposited in the last 24 years and she could not answer that. Its hard to believe that a bank these days could not verify funds of a check in a day but I'm sure Wellls Fargo has that money already and is making money on it some where. So in short if you have a high amount of overdrafts Wells Fargo will hold funds in order to increase the amount of overdrafts in your account. I could have called in advance and pushed back the transaction to my account but was told that I would not be charged a overdraft fee. So funds are being held for 11 days to verify a check unbelievable. I know I'm not alone in this and heard a number that Wells Fargo makes on overdraft charges and it was staggering. Could not verify it so I will not post the number.

Know this is long but have to get it out there.

I was reading the response to some of the similar complaints and was amazed at how people think that these banks are great insitutions and work to benifit the customer

I am having a very difficult time at receiving credit for a payment that I made to wellsfargo. I have made 4 phone calls and sent a certified letter to try to get them to credit an advance payment which they say was too soon but they will correct it and remove the charges. They told me 4 times it would be corrected and yet they only had one record of a call even though I have badge numbers and date and time plus certified letter. This company is very devious, arrogant and downright liars. Some of the people handling the phone calls are very hard to understand and downright liars by virtue of the fact they did not correct the problem as they said they did. Warning to all consumers if youcan afford to do not engage in business with this bank.

We have had problems in the past with this company and they dont fix anything, but this is the most recent, we had $900 in savings and transfered $400 into our checking to cover a purchase of $380 leaving $500 still in our savings, we do have overdraft protection, however our online statement changed and purchases we made were ordered differently to cause overdraft fees anyways, for example, a purchase that was physically made on the 17th would should show up as being made weeks prior to its actual date and when they would look it up they could tell that the individual times stamps were far from being in the right place, and what they say about it in the end is that everything still appears to be in the right ammount so whats the issue? the issue is if i make a transaction that takes a while to process i would expect it to show up on my statement sometime after the origanal time stamped date not weeks before the transaction was made and during a time when no such transaction would have occured due to lack of funds for said purchase causing resulting fees. we dont dispute our transactions we dispute the time stamp alterations regarding online statements which are there for you to keep track of such activities, if my account shows that i have an available balance of $900 a pending transaction balance of $20.00 i expect the information to be acurrate. but no half of our mortgage payments was supposed to be still sitting in the bank, our mortgage goes through wellsfargo and now that money has mysteriously disapeared online and the wellsfargos representatives are treating us like we are crazy, but the altered time stamps which they verified themselves seems to be to no help at all, and so we shall finally cut our loses keep the $500 wellsfargo! we are transfering our services to another company! its a good thing this didnt happen at the end of the month when there were no more paydays to look forward to or our mortgage payment wouldnt be able to be made on time we will deal with the lose of our hard earned money and budget tighter to deal with the situation and we will make all ends meet. but wellsfargo cant be trusted if they do not provide honest online transaction reports!

We bought our home in 2005 and was with world savings bank .. they put us in a loan that was to set us up for failure.. theu closed then it switched from lender to servicing companies... then we had financial hardship and loss of inome and medical issue .. we were not able to make our mortgage payment.. they are denying us a modification,, we hired an attorney to help fight for our right.. we qualify under obama care making home affordable, they took billions of dollars from government to bail hoomeowner out and keep their homes.. well guess what,, they dont care. they are actually illegally changing our actural income dollar amount to pretend we dont qualify..

and we have supported documentation proving our income.. they are lying to us and the government and to our attonrie.. we got second denial letter. who can step in and investigat them?? they are criminal.. all we want it to keep our home and our home is completely under water ,, we need a principal balance reduction and lower monthly payment.. why wont they help us?? we have a family?/ there was a class action law suit several years ago.. why dont we all sue them and do another class action .., we all have to come together to fight the war against them stealing our homes... its not legal..

I opened my Wells Fargo Checking & Savings accounts back in October, 2015. I had shopped around to numerous banks and credit unions and choose WF because I do alot of traveling and I liked their global footprint. All of that looked great on paper and the branch staff seemed helpful. What they don't tell you in the fine &^%$#@ print when you open these accounts is that you are limited the amount you can dispute in any given banking cycle. Like most of us.. I hardly ever carry cash on me for A) Possibly robbery. B) It may get washed and forgotten. C) Money itself is just gross to touch. So I use my Visa debit card for all transactions. That being said... when I am out at a bar with friends... I use my card to order music credits from my local pubs jukebox that are delivered to my online jukebox account. With these credits I can play songs. I ordered 11, 22, 40 credits ranging from 5.00, 10.00, 20.00. Each time I ordered credits my card was charged. Each time I was charged and not credits were delivered. I disputed the charge with the vender and the bank. I paid for a service and didn't get the service. So I should not be charged for non services given. OR SO I THOUGHT. I disputed about 10 of these issues because I never got my credits. A few weeks ago, I went to pay for a meal for lunch only to be told my debit card had been declined.

I call WF and they told me that they had placed a hold on my Checking and Savings account due to fraud disputes over the allowed limit. When I explained to the person on the phone that I have no idea what they were talking about and all the disputes made were legit. I simply got Im sorry you were not informed, is there anything else I can do for you. When I asked if I could go to a branch and remove funds while they investigate. I was told yes. I get to the branch only to be told that WF had made a business decesion to close my account and I am locked out of my account and my $. When I explained that this was my only means to get gas, food, pay bills.... and I need access to my money or simply close my account and give the cash. I was told no, that my account would be closed and a cahsiers check would be mailed to me. This was on 04/5/2016. My account is still opend, Locked and I still have not gotten my funds.

STAY AWAY FROM WELLS FARGO. They crooks and don't care at all about their non Millionare customers.

The Wells Fargo Legal Dept. complied with a demand from the state tax authority to zero out my accounts even though the funds in my accounts are treated as 'exempt' by Wells Fargo according to the same Legal Dept. According to Wells Fargo, any government originated direct deposit, such as social security, SS disability, and veteran's benefits are treated as 'exempt' by Wells Fargo. Not so. They just sent all of my veteran's benefit to the tax board. When discussing this with an arrogant supervisor, "Matthew" at the Legal Department, he stated that Wells Fargo did this because I had the audacity to transfer my veteran's pay from my WELLS FARGO savings account to my WELLS FARGO checking acccount!

I purchased a truck in Oct and have been trying to get a title from Wells Fargo Dealer services so that I can register (and drive the truck). After MONTHS of being on the phone with their title servicing department - sending MULTIPLE copies of the request via fax (they wouldn't just accept the phone call request), they finally sent a PHOTO COPY of the title - which, of course, the RMV laughed at.

I called the "office of the president" and spoke with yet another lady (they only give a first name, refusing to give any sort of ID to summons someone in to court) who now says it will take another 4 - 6 WEEKS.

In the meantime, I'm paying for a truck I cannot drive because I cannot register it. I need an atty who will sue on a contingency basis for loss of use.

I own a home I fell behind I tried to get a loan mod, which I got but it the mod didn't follow home affordable instead I got a adjustable rate then a 45,000 Ballon payment . When they filed foreclosure they switched the bank on file to a different bank that never was my investor, public record stated superior mortgage then they slipped it under HSBC, HSBC had no record of payment history phone call record nothing about my file they couldn't prove anything they had no evidence, Wells Fargo sent me papers to do re modification I sent the papers in via fax they received the papers within 24 hours the day that my house was going up for sale they promised me that they would postpone the sale date well then that didn't happen I was lied to and they only did it to appease me also when I was in bankruptcy there was supposed to be a mediation meeting with the bank scheduled but was not allowed to do that because I was in bankruptcy so I never got to go to mediation , after my house was sold I received paperwork saying they made a mistake about using the appraisal that was higher than what the appraisal should have been by $80,000 but by then it was over and done with and there was nothing else I can do so I had to give my house up, now they're saying I've been in my home when I made arrangements for the date that I was moving out with the bank and the realtor I moved out on that day and I received a tax form for interest paid of two hundred thousand and $4,000 of interest that I paid off which isn't true, they have ruined my credit they have caused me to become very sick I had a heart attack during this duration, if you do research with Wells Fargo Bank in mortgages there's many many articles that state that they have throwing elderly people of different races especially African American ,Latin American and disable, I got ripped off by two companies who promised that I wouldn't lose my home at this time I don't have those names with but it adds up to 8000 dollars, there big. Lawyer wouldn't speak to me at all and finally I got him on the to tell that I filed bankruptcy and they needed to stop the sale date mean to say the word and not stop the sale date until 30 days later and they had to get back the money to whoever was trying to buy the house which was the bank

In September 2013, during the loan process with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Cpompany (WFHM) I believe WFHM delayed or failed to submit a timely application for me to receive $10,000 down patment assistance from Maryland Community Development Administration (CDA) and as a result, I only receive $5,000. I applied for a VA Home Loan and was pre-approved for $170,000. The cost of the house was $161,000 and WFHM offered me a mortgage loan in the amount of $161,000 at an interest rate of 2.00%. During the loan process WFHM gave me a list of repairs to the house that needed to be completed before the loan could be approved. After I spent more that $2,800 in repairs, WFHM switched the interest rate to 4.25%. At closing on Nevember 26, 2013, when you count my $1,000 earnest money deposit that I would have lost if I backed out of the deal, and the $5,000 down payment assistance from CDA, the loan was $161,000 at 4.25%. If I backed out of the deal I would have become homeless and would have lost my $1,000 earnest money deposit and the over $2,800 to repair a house that I did not own.

I have been a loyal customer at Wells Fargo since 1999. On January 27, 2016 I deposited a personal check from my wife's account in the amount of 1270.00. The receipt provided stated that 400.00 would be released immediately and the remainder on the 28th. With that information in mind I proceeded to write out checks. When I checked my account on the 28th not only was the money not available, my account was negative which is a first for me. Instead of contacting me, the Yonkers, NY branch withdrew the funds which put us in a panic. I contacted the customer service department who told me that there was a signature irregularity. Being that my wife was a branch manager for 10 years I immediately contacted her. She in turn contacted her Credit Union which informed her that they were never contacted regarding a signature verification. With that in mind we called customer service back and asked to speak to a supervisor. The representative connected us to Jennifer Kho whom I believe works out of the Minnesota call center. She did not see any notes about a signature discrepancy and could not understand why there was a hard hold on this check. She then connected us to the corporate office and we spoke to Michelle. Unfortunately I do not recall her last name. She assured me that this issue would be taken care of immediately and that she would get back to me first thing in the morning which would have been today. I never heard back from her and when trying to reach her I was unable.

In the meantime my wife logged into her online banking account and noticed that the check in the amount of 1270.00 already cleared her account. While thinking about placing a stop payment on this check she was now unable to.

Knowing the check cleared her account we decided to go into the Yonkers, NY branch which is located on Yonkers Ave (zip 10704) which is where we deposited the check to begin with. We talked to the branch manager Richie. He also could not understand why the check wasn't released. We showed him a copy of the check clearing my wife's account. He called several individuals one being the deposit operations department and the other being his district manager. None of these parties were willing to assist us. He then spoke to a Paul L. who stated he was in the executive office. He talked down to me and when I asked why my check was being held his answer was "I'm sorry I can't help you" this was said to me several times.

Plaintiffs the b****** vs wells fargo bank, alaska na fraud name, national bank of alaska, wells fargo home mortgage, wells fargo bank, na any other party to be joindered upon the release and forfeiture of additional discovery not yet submitted, case number 15-00010tmb civil filed although theyre are several criminal acts that have been noted in the dockets. Evidentally the attorneys that were hired for the name of this bank were actually also perpetrators of fraud theft and deceptive collection practices among other things forgery of the mortgagor to a modification offered that was never accepted as we still have the original unexecuted papers with the same original envelope, we find out many years later that the loan was paid off 9 years prior to the taking of our home during the foreclosure crisis. We know who forged the signature and after the bank has handed down theyre discovery, we have found that the extensive abuse of mis handling of our money since 1994 was so severe that in theyre notes they use terms like washing the account create dummy file and statements saying where did the bullocks mmoney get applied, we have several pages 3161 to be exact of the horrific handling of our money.

the specific branch is located in anchorage alaska at northern lights blvd. although they have tried to deny these allegations which have not all been told in this report, they have since walked away from our abandoned home which has beensitting vacant for 2 years in the meantime we obtained a home to stay in for the exchange of repairs for rent. they drew up title paperwork thru theyre attorneys to hand over to the veterans affairs which supposedly evicted us,and the va paid 8.2 million dollars for this titl paperwork, of course it is not valid and the last letter from the va stated they have had this outstanding bill of collections for 394 daysand they still have no valid title to the property. Since then they have still used our name and account number to wash huge amounts of money from the va to the bank and other departments and companies, with employee names on the transfers, this is so extreme abuse, as they stated to the va after the 394 days that we the bullocks are record title holders, but theyre attorneys are trying to submit papers to the federal judge stating they want us to admit that the papers they recorded are valid, when the attorneys that typed them up and took our home states more or less that the transaction wa fraud, here i sit typing this report and wasting years of our lives while we are waiting for the judge to make a decision in our favor, we saved 16 years worth of records, and theyre records were a far cry from the truth, they actually stole our home by and thru theyre attorneys who will also be sued asa i can joinder them to the docket, i will not quit untl retribution is served inour favor, I have never seensuch abuse and I amsure they thought theyre greed would go unnoticed, but I make this promise that when this is over, i will hope the attorneys that were also involved will have theyre doors shut forever as they made our daughter homeless while sending theyre children to vacations and private schools with my daughters money all 250,000 dollars they collected from us for a 75,000 loan, they will pay for what they have done. sincerely the B****** alaska

My partner and i applied for a home mortgage with wells fargo back in Sept 2015. We were trying to purchase a HUD property. During the first part of this nightmare with wells fargo, the only thing we asked of them was to have the appraiser get intouch with our agent, to give us an advance notice prior to setting up a date and time to do the actual appraisal. Due to this being a HUD property we needed to have the utility companies on stand by while we obtained all the approvials from HUD's property management company, before we could even set up a time to actually have utilities hooked up. Almost a week before we got all approvals back from HUD's property management co, we received an appraisal in the mail. The appraisal was ordered by rels valuation thru wells fargo, and done by a robert pascal chapman.

This appraisal was so full of errors and wrong descriptions, if the appraiser had not included some pictures of the actual property, i would have thought he just did a drive-by appraisal. The most obvious error was he claimed all utilities were on and working, which they were not on because we were still waiting on HUD's approval to have utilities activated, but he did finally remove the picture of the basement bedroom under the mobile home. After a few days of trying to get intouch with tracy or ben at wells fargo in tyrone ga, we finally got a response from wells fargo that they would reschedule another appraisal and make sure the appraiser contacted our agent prior to setting up another date and time. Before any of this could take place, we received two more appraisals from this chapman person. There were very few corrections on either of the new appraisals, but he did change the date on both of the two copies of the more recent appraisals, most everything else was the same errors and mistakes. This was just the beggining of the nightmare.

The next issue was when we were told by ben at wells fargo near the end of November 2015, that wells fargo policy was that they would not approve a mortgage on a property that the heating system could not be tested, didn't seem to matter that this guy that calls himself an appraiser falsified three appraisals, which he claimed all utilities were on and working, the next thing we were told by ben or tracy was if we had not complained about the appraisals we would not have these problems, doesn't feel to us like the claim of wells fargo people being very customer service oriented is true, if anything, all wells fargo people that we have had the misfortune to have to deal with, and are still to this day having to deal with, do not understand the concept of customer service, this is what happens when a company like wells fargo gets so big and powerful it breeds arrogant and unprofessional employees, the people at rels valuation do not seem to be much different than the people at wells fargo when it comes to customer service.

The lesson we are learning from dealing with people like these at wells fargo, is when things go wrong with the mortgage process due to wells fargo screwups, don't complain or expect these people to correct anything they did wrong, because they do not do anything wrong - just ask them, everyone we have delt with at wells fargo has made that perfectly clear to us. There concept of customer service is, blame the customer. These problems we are having with wells fargo are only the tip of the iceberg, they have also pulled multiple credit reports on both of us, even after we were denied the mortgage, and even sent a letter stating that none of this would affect our credit or credit score, but it has affected both of our credit reports and scores. I would not recommend wells fargo to anyone

Do not use Wells Fargo bank .They are dangerous with your money .Take your money and finance business else where.

Once a month my husband has his SSI check automatically deposited into the Wells Fargo accounts .and once a month he transfers the money to our business account . On this particular day he went to the bank and was involved in conversation with the teller and was not paying attention. He had slid the first card thru and then the teller asked him to press the green button so he did.

My husband slid the other card and pressed the key again and he left with a receipt for a $$40.00 Deposit not $1000.00. He still did not notice the receipt , you see my husband is 68 and not quite as attentive as he should be sometimes. And he always stops to talk to all the tellers , he's a real nice guy. I think the teller knew that and took advantage of my husband And I think the teller stole the money. The bank did an accounting for that day and they said they balanced and we're not over. The bank said they would do an investigation , so they skipped around and pretended to care as Wells Fargo usually does . That is their MO . They have played this game for nearly 2 months , it went back-and-forth they said they were reviewing the tapes from the bank. They kept changing the story and delayed their findings .blah blah blah

I made several phone calls and wrote letters I have not been able to get my money back , their findings were that they had no fault and have no responsibility in this matter . It was the perfect crime my husband played right in to it. I think The teller Stole our money. What happened to my money ??

Wells Fargo said that they ran an extra investigation and I should be happy that they were investigating this matter. the man from the business executive office , Joseph, actually said if they pursued this further the outcome could be reversed and its possible that they could charge us with fraud.

What a bunch of crap . They steal my money and want to blame me . Hell no people wake up quite Wells Fargo before they do it to you.

I do not trust Wells Fargo , you see several years ago something similar happens . I made a deposit thru the atm , and only part of it was credited to my account , even though I had my receipt , they said I must have lost the other part of the deposit . . They went on and on . I felt so terrible . They made me question myself . Long story short , 7 months later the amount I was short suddenly shows up in my account with a letter stating just that they were crediting my account with x amount of checks and dollars . After i had gotten laid off from General Motors, i had gotten behind on my car note for about 4 months. i had to move to detroit into a more affordable home. now, Wells Fargo Dealer Services is trying to take my car based on where i live. They are saying that the "company" doesn't feel that i can afford my car. i have my car psyments current. So is the insurance. They basically is trying to take my car because of where i live. That, in a nut shell is so stereotypical of them to indicate that i can't afford my car due to where i live. They are discriminating against me as well. If anyone have any ideas or advice as to what or how i can solve this issue with them, please feel free to add your input. Thank you all so very much everyone.

I have been trying to work with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage on a Loan Modification for almost 2 years. My Veteran Husband died from cancer unexpectantly. It took months and help from my Congressman to begin receiving my monthly VA benefit. During that time I fell behind in my Mortgage. I attempted to pay on the mortgage but they refused to take any payments as Probate had not been opened. In the time it took me to open Probate and become the personal representative they put my mortgage in default with many late charges and legal fees added to my principal balance. They requested that I be vested on title on the property. It took me months to get the Probate Court to release the title. Once I sent the new title information, they WF, sat on it for months and put me in foreclosure. They even set a sale date of 01/04/16. I have complained to every agency that would listen and even went on Twitter to let people know to beware of the lies and deceptive practices they have. My congressman got involved! Now they have recended the sale date and seem to want to work with me. I am having to supply them the same information that I have given them 3 times before. It is my opinion that Wells Fargo is not going to give me a loan modification, they just want to "shut me up". I have caught them in countless lies and deception. My calls are starting go go unanswered again and I feel that their long term goal in to foreclose and the sale of my property. If you research this company you will find similar stories to mine. I will go down fighting no matter what! I feel that I have been treated unfairly and made to "jump through their hoops" just so they can say NO LOAN MODIFICATION! I cannot provide publically everything I have done to stop them from making me another VICTIM OF WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE at this time but I have followers on Twitter and other Consumer Pages to voice my concerns and opinion of them

BE WARNED!!!! WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE IS NOT A COMPANY TO CONSIDER!!!! Look up how many loan modifications that the government set them to do and how many they actually have given. I feel that the government should step in as they are doing this everyday!

At this time they are trying to "assist" me. Do I trust them? NO WAY! I just want this nightmare to be over! If they do the right thing, I will be as public with positive things to say as I have negative things. PLEASE CHECK OUT ANY MORTGAGE COMPANY YOU MAY CONSIDER! I would not recomend that anyone use Wells Fargo. Another thing to do is to goggle how many lawsuits have been filed against WELLS FARGO! It will amaze you! The next few weeks will be very interesting. I will be very public on the outcome of my situation. When it comes to your home....DO YOUR HOMEWORK! I would love to tell my story to the National Media! They have made my life a living hell!

I will let social media the outcome! If you have been put in a simular situation, use the pubic media to voice your opinion and concerns. My drama is far from over...but one way or another I will try to inform the Public about them. Talked to a customer rep that stated i could get a forbearance for my auto loan during the month of december..... Work has slowed down some, and with the holidays and normal bills and every day expence's i did not have the extra money for this loan payment as i was told i could just do a forbearance and continue as normal on my january payment. Well so far that has been a lie! countless phones calls, rude customer service rep, actually twisting around my information i have given them into actually telling me it's my fault for providing for my family on christmas... I did get one customer rep who gave me the ok on the forbearance on the 28th of december and went ahead and paid them the 25.00 fee to complete it but on 12-31-15 i got another phone call stateing im behind on my loan, i need to pay it, it's my fault, they told me no prior to this, i owe them money etc etc etc... And i even had one of the customer rep applaud me to never having a late payment and perfect loan history until now.... I will never trust in a loan company again and cannot wait to pay off this auto loan, if this is the way these liars opperate a business...... the last customer rep was very rude, twisted every word i said around and i kept demanding a supervisor which i eventually got but said he would have to look into this and let me know....

I've had accounts and a safe depost box at wells fargo for many years. i went in several months ago to get some items from my safe deposit box, only to be told that i no longer had a safe deposit box there. they had no record of my ever having a box there.

the bank representative assured me they would investigate and find out what had happened. the paperwork all had to be sent to california from the east coast, which took weeks. it then had to be gone through piece by piece, but after 2 weeks they did find the information on my box.

turns out that my nephew came in and claimed the box was his, that he'd lost the key and paperwork. despite his name not being on the paperwork, or being listed on the authorized signatory page, the bank told him they would have the box drilled open. the bank never contacted me, and had my nephew return in a few days to be present when the locksmith would be there.

he was given access to the box, and stole eveerything out of it, over $15,000 in gold, jewelry, family jewelry, and so on. the bank never could explain how that was allowed to happen, i had to file a police report, file a notarized statement of loss, and i was told the legal department would handle it from that point.

a month later they contacted me and finally agreed to pay 2/3 of the value of my loss. i was told i should have had insurance on the box. i was told i had to be able to prove the items were actually mine and in the box. half the items were inherited, so how do you prove ownership???

the fact that they screwed up didn't play into this at all, and not a single apology from the legal department. how are they not responsible for their error? they allowed someone with no legal right to my box to have it drilled open and cleaned out.

I had direct deposit at my Wells Fargo account from my job at Walmart in Napa California. I began using billpay, requested an auto loan, made a monthly budget using the online system offered. To talk with the bank personally, I went into a Raley's grocery store to speak to their financial people at the store's Wells Fargo station. I had gone to CarHop in Vallejo, CA to try to purchase a car and my bank information began being used fraudulantly = the reason I went in to speak to someone face to face. A monthly charge of 21.95 began being taken out of my bank each month for three months and was done online. This was not something I did - the charges being taken automatically from a phone request. The banker guy made a report and removed the charges but then I began having $35.00 charges for insufficient funds one right after the other when there were funds in my account. This particular bank office also issued me three new cards: two without chips, one with a chip. My account was then refused any online charges which meant I could not do any purchases inline, which I do not do anyway. Then after the account closure I attempted to speak to a bank rep using an 800 number and this man told me he used to be a car salesman and was now working for collections dept. Weird, and no resolve to my problem of fraudulant charges to my account. I then received an email saying my requested new card was being sent via mail. I received it and tried to activate it to no avail. This card was numbered differently, not like my original Wells Fargo bank card. I do not owe this amount of money and now my credit will be ruined? I have all the cards they gave, the email sent, and my bank statements, and bank deposits to prove what I am saying is true. How do I resolve this matter?

I have been looking for a job to supplement my income even though I work 2 part time jobs. I was hired as a Secret shopper and sent a check to deposit into my account at Wells Fargo Bank so I could perform the first secret shopper assignment. I deposited the check thru the ATM like I do with all deposits.

After 1 day, my husband and my joint account debit cards were being rejected. We called Wells Fargo to find out why. They transferred us to the fraud Dept. A man told me that I deposited a counterfeit check into my separate account and the bank shut down all accounts with my ss# connected to them. I was shocked. The man told me that since I made the deposit thru the ATM, it makes the fraud even more serious. Wells Fargo told me that I will never be able to have another bank account and all funds are frozen!

Wells Fargo has taken all of our money and returned our mortgage payment the mortgage company! They are holding our money hostage and we can't buy gas, food or pay our electric bill which is due now. Well as Fargo is treating me like I am a criminal! I am the victim of a fraud crime!

I think Wells Fargo has become too big for themselves. I am waiting for the police to come and arrest this 60 year old woman who works 2 part time jobs for fraud. I would like to find an attorney who will help me with this and get our money back.

Recently one of our bank account with Wells Fargo Bank has been blocked (freezed) and the reason given was our account was been " compromised." Whatever that "compromised" means.

We (me and my wife) has several account with WF Banks, accounts like saving, checking, CEO, and others. We received a letter from WF to call in to clarify this situation and we did. We called 855-731-2017 and reaches WF account take over department and successfully verified our identity thru a series of security questions. The staff member there say, all is okay and that we should be able to access our account online now.

Yes, indeed, we are able to access our CEO account but not my wife personal saving account ( which has the bulk of our money, many hundreds thousands ). We called back and were told to call to their Online Fraud Department at 866-867-5568. When we called that number and after they have identified us and looked into our case, they said they cannot do anything and my wife have to show up in person at any WF branch to be identified!!! We told them that we are both residing here in China and it is not quite practical to show up in person, moreover, with my wife medical condition, it will not be so convenient. All these to no avail and the staff just disconnect and will have non of our reasoning and pleads.

When we are back in the States, we always goes to WF Bank North Capitol branch in San Jose where a Vice President there know us very well and for years. Just by speaking over the phone, she instantly recognise me and my wife. We seek her help and she found us a resolution. To call 855-731-2017. WF account take over department.

When we called back to WF Account take over departmet after we called their Online Fraud Department, they said they could do nothing more, as WF Online Fraud Departmet is a separate division all together. We requested for the contact of the supervisor, and after 10 mins of waiting were told the same - my wife has to show up in person any a WF branch to be identified.!! They just would not listen to any other alternative way to identify us like teleconferencing or facetime app. Just sticking to their books.

I cannot believed this. We have been positively identified by a senior WF staff member ( who know us personally) and their Account take over department, and yet we are blocked from access our account by thier Online Fraud department - for reasons only known to them!! What if the staff in Online Fraud Department made a mistake? Does it means we have to fly back to the States to be identified in order to access our account and our money?

This account blockage have caused us investment and business opportunities and much inconvenience. We are wondering if we could sue WF for their incompentencies - even though their intention was good - to protect our money in the bank. WF can imposed all kind of policy and security measure, but the question is, are they fair and reasonable to us?

Wells fargo has had are insurance claim check since 10/7/ 15. We have done everything they have asked us to do but still am waiting for wells fargo to release the funds so we can fix are house. They keep saying that they have invested interest on are home b ut they don't care what happens to us or are house. We told them that the holes in are walls aresstarting to get mold around them and all they say is sorry but there is a process that has to be done. So we sent them a w9 for the contractor but at firt they said they didn't get tge form then 2weeks later they said o yea we have it. Then wells fargo said there is 8k unaccounted for and thats whats taking so long. I informed them to pay them release the fund to pay the contractor and release the money we put into the house just that we could stay here. I also reminded them why do you care what the money is used for they do there inspection to make sure it done so wjats the problem people. I have no idea what to do. We need to get are house fixed asap before there is more damage to are home.

Purchase preferred stock with wells fargo advisers on open market in 2014 at open market pricr, wells fargo added a mark up $.60 per share to $2.50 per share over the purchase price and call it a mark up price. No place in my sign stantard schedule of Operation and Service Fees does it say that I agreen to elegal mark up .I ended up paying al most $12,000.00 over the high price for the day for 7000 shares.Wells fargo reply to me was that they can make any profit on any stock they want to even it I could got the stock fron stock with no mark up and save myself $12,000.00. After telling them what they have done was elgal wells Fargo decided to return $5000.00 so wells fargo knew they had elegaly took my monney .aaat presant I have file with SEC and turn over all the documents .Wells fargo has done this elegal mark up to thousand of investors and is getting rich with elegal mark up.

I recently was conned into helping a married couple with $450 for diapers, baby food, groceries, etc. The story they gave me was there car got broken into and all there stuff was stolen (i.e. Wallet, paw, back cards, etc) (In San Francisco getting your car broken into is a common occurrence, so naturally I believed them) So I leant them the money. They then wrote me a check. I never thought twice about the credibility of these people. Although, it was my fault for being so naive. Long story short, I deposited the check in an ATM. I didn't notice it until later, but they wrote the check incorrectly, putting the name in the check Amount spot and the amount whether the name should have went. So naturally the check got returned. When I tried calling, they didn't answer. 2 weeks or so, go by and finally they answered. The husband was apologetic, saying how sorry they were, etc, etc. He said they were still waiting for their new bank cards and that they'd write another check, properly, and for this time for me to cash it, not deposit it. He came with Me to the bank and sure enough I go inside and cash the check with no problem. I asked the bank teller, "So are we good? The check is cleared and there won't be any problems?". I briefly explained the situation and that i didn't really trust the people based on previous inaction. She assured me everything was fine. Then 2 weeks later, before my next direct deposit from my employer, I was at the pharmacy attempting to buy my insulin (I'm type 1 Diabetic) and my card didn't work. When I log into my WF app, it shows my account is negative (-)$550!!! It showed that the check for $450 was returned Fraudulent! I immediately went to the bank in person to see what was going on. The manager said exactly what I was seeing online and said sorry, but the good news was they hadn't frozen or closed my account (yet), and he didn't think they world. He advised me to contact the issuers of the check, which I did and naturally there phone was off!!!! So now, my rent is due, I have no insulin and no gas to go to work for Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). After my direct deposit went through, the $550 was deducted and I had$307 remaining. I wasn't back to the pharmacy and again my card didn't work. I called WELLS Fargo and find out, now, my account has a hard hold and I'd have to wait till Tuesday to call the dept who was the only one who could take the hold off (that was yesterday). I called yesterday (tuesday), and the lady I spoke with couldn't have been any ruder. She told me there was nothing she could do, that my money wouldn't be released to me until Thursday, and that WELLS Fargo made an Executive decision to close me account and I needed to bank elsewhere!!! At this point I'm so so so mad! Then today, another direct deposit from my employer was made, I called back again, only to get another girl that was just as rude as the first. This girl now said that actually I have to wait until Friday to get my money. Meanwhile I have no insulin, and no gas money to go to work. My rent is now late and i just got an eviction notice and I still have no Insulin. (I'm currently in the emergency room hopefully to get insulin, that will cost me $300 instead of the $150 if I weren't at the hospital) The specialist I spoke with this morning was so mean and rude, I couldn't help but lose my temper. She said I couldn't get my money untilb Friday now!!! By Friday, Ill be homeless, jobless, and dead if I don't get my medicine. I have never felt so violated and helpless in my life! Wells Fargo never contracted me! Although they said they mailed a letter, that I have yet to receive!! What do I do? I'm losing my mind!

I initiated a monthly electronic withdrawal between my Wells Fargo checking account and my sister's Wells Fargo checking account as she is my landlord. This was to take place on the 4th of every month.

On July 6th, the money transfered due to the holiday. On July 7th, Wells Fargo issued a CHECK for the exact same amount, mailed to my sister's house. I had NO knowledge or agreement for this 'check', which resulted in my being overdrawn.

They removed money from my savings account, bounced several checks and charged me overdraft fees. I spent 3 separate occasions trying to straighten this out. Once the two women involved actually asked me if my sister was STEALING money from my account!!!

They reversed the fees, but they refuse to replace $28 into my savings account that went to cover the shortfall of the rent check THEY sent. I have written them emails since I refuse to ever set foot in that place again and they say they can't give it back because it covered a check....a check I didn't write, a check that should have never been sent, and a check that made no sense.

I asked them WHY I would send a second check a day after the money went into her account as per our agreement for the exact same amount and they had no answer. And why would I send a check that THEY admit they sent?

To add further insult to injury, they canceled a debit card that had been mailed but never arrived and requested a new debit card. They ALSO canceled the EXISTING debit card I had without issuing me a temporary even though I was sitting at the desk. She didn't tell me she canceled it either.

When my existing card failed the next day, I called and asked her what she thought I would do for money until my new debit card arrived and all she could say was that she 'guessed' she should have given me a temporary card the day before.

I'm just wondering if this is some new scam to get fees off people like me who they can't charge a monthly fee to? I have direct deposit so I am exempt. Anyone? And who did I kick my complaint upstairs to who will resolve this issue?

On July 11th 2015 my divorce decree was signed by a judge making my divorce final. On July 30th 2015 my Ex- Husband walked into a Wells Fargo Branch to apply for a re-finance loan on his home. The original Loan for his home is through Wells Fargo in his name only. No where on the original loan, is my name, or any other idenitfying information pertaining to me. In the process for applying for a home re-finance my information was released to the loan manager and my credit report was run illegally without my consent or knowledge.

At no point did Wells Fargo reach out to me via telephone nor mail to advise me that my credit had been run a total of four times. Twice on 7/30/2015 and twice on 07/30/2015. On 8/1/2015 I received a credit alert letting me know knew inquiries had been placed on my credit. I called the credit reporting agency who informed me that Wells Fargo had requested all four inquiries on dates listed. On 8/3/2015 I contacted Wells Fargo and after being transferred from 5 different departments i reached Ron at the "Executive Complaint Level" Ron then told me he could not give me any information on the application becasue I was not listed on the apllication, but that he would assign an investigator to see why my credit had been run.

8/4/2015 I again reach out to Ron and leave a voicemail regarding my concerns. Ron never returns my call. I call again and speak to another representative by the name of Jerry. Jerry informs me of the investigators name, and that she left a voicemail for me. I ask to verify the contact number that they had on file as I had not received any calls, and the number they used to leave a voicemail was my Ex-Husbands Cell phone. Again I tell him my correct phone number and request for Kathy to return my call as soon as possible.

08/5/2015 I call and ask to speak directly to Kathy Weddle my investigator. She answers the line and asks if i received her call. I informed her she left a voicemail on my Ex-Husbands phone. She then takes my number (becasue Ron and Jerry did not note it in case) and explains she wil investigate how exactly my credit was ran and why.

On this day I recevied a text from my ex-husband. content of which divulges that he has had access to my credit report in detail, and he is aware of not only my credit score but outstanding debts and recent inquiries that have been made.

This is an illegal breach of privacy and a direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Wells Fargo illegally ran my credit without my knowlege, nor consent, and did not notify me in writing or through verbal communication that they had obtained this information. At this point I have gotten no-where with Wells Fargo trying to resolve this issue, and can't remove the inquiries from my credit until I receive a letter from them stating it was their error. Please help me.

In August, 2014, I obtained a car loan from Wells Fargo. I made all payments on time. In December, 2014, I paid $8,000 towards the loan (sold another car). NO ONE told me I STILL had to make a monthly payment for December! I paid the account in full (two payments) in January, 2015. They reported my 'late' payment to all three credit bureaus. My credit score went from the high 700's to 600's FOR ONE LATE PAYMENT. I have done everything possible to get this removed...disputed, etc. Nothing has worked, no one has helped.

For one missed payment due to a misunderstanding. I have a good interest rate with Wells Fargo. But because of this I am trying to get a HELOC on my home to pay it off. Yes, 1% higher interest, which stinks, but there you go.

Now I'm having trouble getting the HELOC due to Wells Fargo!

I absolutely hate that company. I pray it goes down the tubes, like it should

If You are Bank Shopping please STAY AWAY FROM WELLS FARGO

On June 2015 I went to a Wells Fargo Branch to open a Business Checking Account and at first all looked Great.

I sat down with Haley Hammock I explained to her how my business worked and provided all the required documents. I also explained that due to the nature of my business I was always traveling and that I was not going to have access to a regular branch location on the regular bases therfore I needed to be able to do Bank Wire requests online.

She said that that was no problem that she was going to set it all up and put me in contact with their Business Development so they can add that into my account so that I could be able to do wires online.

I was surprised that They didn't offer the ability to do wire request online to all their customers like the majority of banks now days but since they assured me that they were goign to add that to my account I was not worried.

I opened my account and on top of that I opened my Personal Checking and Savings account as I thought that it was a good idea to have them all in one place since I didn't know that Wells Fargo was a Scam. While in the meeting I explaioned that I was leaving the country in 3 days and that if there was anything else they needed from me that they needed to let me know before I leave. She said no we got all we need and she put me in the ophone with Jay Johnson who was the guy in charge of setting all up for me to do Wire Requests. Spoke with him and all was perfect he said that he was goign to get busy and set it up for me.

I left the branch and I felt like I was in good hands. Oh boy I was wrong. From that point on it was a nightmare.

I left the country 3 days later and after a few weeks I needed to do a Wire Transfer so surely enough I logged in online to do the wire request just to find out that they never set me up to do wires.

I called Jay Johnson and he was on "vacation" but his replacement told me that I cant do Wire Request online.

Ofcourse I felt scammed because I was promised otherwise. Like 3 days late this lady Tatia Cummings

VicePresident I Sr. Business Relationship Manager I Wells Fargo Bank N.A. called me and explained that they made a mistake and that Haley Hammock and Jay Johnson dropped the ball and didn't do a thing but that she was going to "take care" of me.

I said cool s**t happens so lets get me set up because I need to do this wire and if I dont do it I will default on this payment to my partner company and that makes me look bad as a company that cant pay their bills.

She said that she needed last year taxes, bank statements and other documents. I sent to her all the previous year balance sheets, bank statements and I thought that was it.

The next day she calls me and tells me that she had to meet in person with me. As you can imagine I was pissed. They knew I was not in the country. So I asked her why. WHy I need to travel back and spend thousands of dollars to meet in person with you? What is that you need from me that cant be done via email, fax or phone, is there a document to sign? SHe said no just that she wants to meet me in person. Remember all this just to set up my account to do WIRES!!!

I asked her this. Why am I being punished and forced travel back just to meet in person with you Tatia Cummings if it was you guys who dropped the ball and made a mistake.

Of course she didn't have a valid answer for that but she said she needed to meet with me in personor I was NOT going to get the ONLY THING I NEEDED IN THE FIRST PLACE.

I was really pissed off and I cursed at her and hung up but 2 days later I decided to comply and travel. I called Tatia Cummings again to set up a meeting date but now she says that I can't meet anymore and that now I had to wait 6 months in order to get set up to do wires. What a B***h!!! Aparently she was "offended" that I cursed at her. I am sorry but I am the one offended here Mrs. Tatia Cummings you guys made a mistake and wanted me to spend thousands of dollars on an unplanned travel to cover up for YOUR MISTAKE and that is 1,000 times more offensive that the little curse word I said during our conversation.

So in short I am traveling back to Close my Accounts and take all my money out. Wells Fargo is a Scam. Wells Fargo love False Advertisement and lack of proper of customer support and client satisfaction..

Tatia Cummings, Haley Hammock and Jay Johnson all should be fired on the spot and they are damaging the reputation of the Bank.

They look grat in the outside but ionce you need them to do something for you they will simply leave you in the dark.

Anybody who has ever posted a positive review about them have obiously never had a situation where they needed the bank to get to really work for them they just have a regular paycheck to paycheck checkings account with a few bucks and that si why they are satisfied with Wells Fargo but anybody who do real business and that needs a real bank knows that Wells Fargo is a Fraud

In 2010 domestic partners father died of cancer partner left job in June and moved from home in august 2010 I fell 2 months behind in July august 2010. I continued to be behind two payment. I got from letters but made payment each month with in month. I was threatened to not get 3 months behind or consequences of possible for closure Sent off all paper work and ask to be put in a retention program to bring the arrears up to date they lost the papers I sent. And I did apply for harp. It was wells fargo idea for me to not take harp and they would modify a 3.5 graduating to 5.5 every 5 years. Interest rate. I had refinanced in 2008 in order to pay off house quicker gain equity I was sued for FC and was told to contact wells Fargo to get loan modification and the "home preservation specialist said she would get my loan package together and that I should not worry about foreclosure. In that she would stop the sale. But could only do that 15 days prior to sale transcripts show she did this house sold anyway. It seemed as though the loan preservation specialist lead me on tricked me thinking she would delay fc. She attempted to but apparently prior to the delay filing. Female indicated I would not qualify for a new loan. Rather than jill telling me this. She played dumb said she would get me sent off to under writing. when in realty. She was strategically conditioning me to trust her. After house sold she called said. This will be our last conversation I was not able to delay fc sale. (Auction sale) at courthouse. All this was contrary to what she said. I sued for set aside. Made payments to the court wells Fargo tried to give me 42,000 settlement. Then 50 settlement. Then when the foreclosure buyer would not settle the icu it judge who set trial signed off a summary judgement. Denying me trial wells have me oral agreement to stop sale. However I did not have it in writing so judge ruled by law dismissing me and my claim leaving me bankrupt as the lawsuit dragged on for 44 months and wells Fargo lawyer worked my guy to death. Running up 5000 just the last 3 months. Over 200 spent on lawsuit. In the end nothing happened. Wells fargo attorney claimed because wells Fargo is a national bank that they don't have to tell the truth and it was legal to lie to the customer leaving them defenseless while pretending to save home when in reality they were stealing 110 in equity and 70,000 in improvements. So. House sold. U was evicted in 3 weeks after 36 months in court I was suppose to have a jury trial. And I got no trial wells fargo.lead me to believe that they would help me keep my house when in reality they were pacify ing me conditioning me to not hire lawyer or bring up the 6600 for arrears. Only (only 4500) behind 1100 to pay the fc attorney So in the end I lost my home. I lost my equity about 80 or 90,000. I spent 20000 on legal bills. And the judged ruled with wells fargo. I had no more money to appeal. And the court reporter gave me smart mouth about how the judged tilled with wells Fargo . I got no settlement. No apology no money no nothing except I went homeless and lived in a shelter the week before xmas 2014. Wells fargo uses a 500 an hour attorney and they will spend whatever necessary to keep from settling or paying me back my equity. After lying to me. Not only is wells Fargo incompetent with thousands of non bank employee call enter peopke designed to administer your loan etc. While in reality some investor foreclosed. Wells fargo got my hardship letter stating that we were a gay couple and my partner had suicidal issues and several detox issues. They were not sympathetic. They marched all over me the most dishonest organization unaccountable to any laws other than their own. No politician can even approach them. They are a huge company giving political contributions to both parties hillaryus of known the judge because all along the judge acted she didn't want to hear the case. I lost 140000 dollars. My home my shop.my credit my comfort my back yard my garage my wonderful kitchen because they lied to me. Found a law that said I had nothing to complain about and that now ethics or laws were broken by Jill guthrie telling we will delay postponed e sale 15 days prior until we get your loan package back from underwriting. When in reality she never sent it off. All one big corporate sophisticated orchestrated lie. Designed to steal my home and equity. Leaving me homeless and bank rupt
