He is a liar.
They will lie to you to get you to do work for them. Then they will cut your pay and say the job was late or that the client back charged them. I have every job and records that show every job was completed on time and correct. I've asked for any records they have to show any such charges and they can't provide any . You have to take photo's of everything you do and I've been doing this kind of work for years with other companies. I have never been ripped off like this before ! I was shorted 57 hours in pay and I asked him to please straighten it out he acted as if it was not his problem so I ended my employment at that time. I had accrued 49 more hours at that time for a total of 106 hours. He says he owes me nothing so I have contacted the department of labor and am currently waiting for them to handle the situation. This man ordered employees to purposefully damage properties then take photos of damage so he could be paid to repair it, he is a liar and will rip off anyone he can. Hopefully my reporting him to department of labor, OSHA and the BBB will end his business. He has changed names albeit legally multiple times and changed the name of business multiple times to hide from people he has wronged. Everything I have stated can be proven so please don't think that I'm just another disgruntled former employee.
I was employed by this company/individual and he is refusing to pay me for 106 hours of earned pay. Other report stating he has changed name multiple times is true. He ripoffs contractors all the time even tried to get out of paying for uhaul rental that he had me rent. He has employees purposefully damage properties so he can get paid to repair the damage and does not provide proper safety equipment for employees.

They are liars I know all to will. They owe me thousand of dollars on jobs I did and they said they were late. I have all the records showing that we did every job in a 12 or 24hr.
