Realtor John T. Davis ripped me off of hundreds of thousands of dollars because I would not list my property with him and his company Weichert Realtors. (John Davis is now illegally profiting the rent money from my building with realtor Dan Higman) John Davis has a second job working for the city of Wildwood.
After pressuring me to list my property through him (I refused because I was being threatened), he used his position within the city of Wildwood to fine my property thousands of dollars with no basis. Many interested buyers whom called John Davis, because of him being the building inspector in Wildwood, were told my building was being condemned and even scheduled for demolition.
I had many buyers. Some of the interested buyers were contractors and investors and told me first hand that John Davis was making it impossible to proceed because he stated they would never obtain a CCO (certificate of continued occupancy) because of the fact that my building would be slated for demolition.
As a result, John Davis and his company Weichert Realtors Coastal are now the ones collecting thousands of dollars rent from my building, illegally!!!
Dan Higman of Weichert Realtors Coastal intentionally allows properties managed by him on behalf of banks fall into similar conditions of the Grendfell Towers in London before the gravely tragic fire. The banks he represents wants the properties to become blighted to they in turn can move in and declare those properties have little to no value so they can reposess them, thus end up owning them.
The real tragedy here is that the legitimate owners of these properties lose their homes because Dan Higman serves as a frontman for the banks. Weichert Realtors Coastal fabricates bills and forges property owners' names, putting them into deep debt and makes a lot of money in the process. In the end, the bank comes in like vultures and picks off whatever meat is left on the bones.

Weichert Realtors Coastal owner/broker Dan Higman is appointed to manage properties for private owners that are defendants of Richard Latrenta's criminal suits filed by dirty attorneys.
One attorney, Myra Rosenthall, is a rent receiver and property manager for Richard Latrenta. On a property paying $1500 a month, he collects $500 for doing next to nothing. The property is in horrible shape and the tenants need chimney repair work done just to have heat this coming fall. Richard Latrenta also employs attorney Martin Meyers of Denville, NJ whose ruthless reputation proceeds him. Attorney Martin Meyers files illegal documents, outright lies, ignores the facts, and will do everything illegal to advance Richard Latrenta's criminal enterprise while lining his own pockets.
Martin Meyers has sent hundreds of documents to judges making outrageous, slanderous claims against defendants in which the prosiding judge has the jurisdiction to disicpline Martin Meyers although at this point he should be criminally charged. Martin Meyers works out of his Denville office and all complaints should be directed to the Morris County Prosecutors Office at 973-285-6200.

Undocumented people are afraid to ask for a receipt for their rent being paid and if they speak up about any of the life hazard violations in their apartments they will be evicted.
For three consecutive years, on one particular building, John Higman of Weichert Realtors Coastal has not provided the city of Wildwood with a single lease to substantiate the building is being rented year round. Nor has he filed any paperwork with the city on this building. In turn, taking the money out of Wildwood taxpayers and those who do register their properties pockets.
This is all made possible by inspector John Davis of Wildwood whom picks and chooses what buildings to inspect and what properties not to inspect.
