Beware of the staff at Weezie D. clothing store in Bronxville, NY, especially the owner, Luisa. The clothes may look cute, but they fall apart within one wear! Even when originally going into the Bronxville, NY location to go shopping with friends, the owner, Luisa, was rude, condescending and mocked my elderly aunt who was visiting from out of town with me! I was shopping in the village after lunch and while I was in the store with my Aunt, Luisa ignored us when we had questions about a dress that wasn't in my size on the floor, then she started mocking my Aunt and I with her staff member behind the counter to her staff member. Younger girls (maybe college age) came in and the owner Luisa ran over to tend to them immediately all while giving snide looks at my Aunt and I. I really loved the dress regardless of it being a little too large on me, and then the first time that I wore it, the stitching was falling apart! The quality of the clothing is so poor I couldn't believe I had convinced myself to buy it anyway. Upon returning to the store to see if they would replace it, or have a tailor fix it for me (wasn't even 1 week after I purchased it) Luisa told me it wasn't her problem and sent me out of her store! This woman also apparently has a location at 22 Purchase Street in Rye, NY however I have not been there, nor do I have any plans to. The complete lack of common courtesy from this woman and her staff are enough to make sure I will never set foot in her store again to ever purchase another article of clothing nor an accessory!

You have opened my eyes to the kind of people that exist in the world and would take time out of their precious life to create an unjustly malicious report about Weezie D. and my character as the owner. I have worked exceptionally hard to create a reputation not only for my brand Weezie D., but for myself as an entrepreneurial woman for over 11 years. Anyone that knows me and has met me inside or outside of Weezie D. would never believe the defamation of character you have attempted to slander upon my name. However, I am HUMBLE enough to apologize if YOU believe I was rude to you for any reason. I treat ALL Weezie D. clients with respect regardless of their age, gender, race, etc. In addition, ALL my staff is trained by myself and they understand the code of ethic and culture I have created for Weezie D. and we carry out those policies every day we are blessed to be able to service the community we are in. Our clients are our BIGGEST asset so the claims and your intentions in your report are beyond questionable.
At Weezie D., we take pride in our service, product and warm ambiance that we offer to ALL our clients. Our product is carefully selected by me, and I make sure the designers we carry in our boutiques have a good reputation of craftsmanship. However, there are times a product falls short of those expectations (most retailers experience this), which is why ALL our designers stand behind their product and are willing to replace a garment that has a manufacturer defect within their warrantee. One of Weezie D.'s internal policies that we offer to ALL clients is we repair, replace, or offer a refund to clients that experience a manufacturer defect or damage. We have an ongoing contract with a local tailor that we use for tailoring and repairs. If what you say is true, why wouldn't we offer you the policy we have created for these purposes? So again, your claim that I would say "It wasn't my problem" and send you out the door is 100% NOT TRUE. Anytime a client has a problem for any reason I or staff make it OUR problem and the problem is corrected immediately or within 24 hours at the very latest. I would like to extend this service to you as we do ALL our clients that experience ANY issue with our product. In addition, the pricing is ALWAYS in line with the product. Weezie D. has kept an affordable price point for the entire 11 years that we have been in business. NEVER has Weezie D. Ladies Boutiques overcharged for product. Our prices are in line with the product we sell at ALL times. In fact, most of our NEW clients are surprised our prices are so reasonable. Not to mention we are involved with our community, we give back to underserved communities and non for profit organizations often. We are not just a boutique that sells pretty clothing; we are a conscious retailer that believes "Fashion has Heart". Check our credentials and numerous organizations we have worked with. This is one of the many reasons why Weezie D. is well respected in our community and has been voted by our clients as "The Best Boutique in Westchester in 2014 and 2015. In addition, we just celebrated our 11 Year Anniversary in Bronxville NY.
To sum up my response, I'm not sure what kind of person would write such a false review to try and tarnish our reputation that we built from the ground up for the past 11 years, but I ask anyone reading this ridiculous, unjustified, untrue, malicious report written by an "anonymous" person that sounds completely irrational and bitter about something, to please visit Weezie D. and experience our Boutique for yourself.
