On Friday January 27th Canada Post delivered my package to my mailbox without a key to receive the parcel. I put a ticket in for an investigation they claimed it was a lost package Monday the 30th. So I contacted weedsmart and told them my package has been lost and that Canada Post told me to contact them for a refund or replacement.
For 3 days they ran me around the ringer. The first day I called on Friday they told me to check my mailbox after I explained to them four different times that Canada Post deemed it lost. So I explained to them that again and then they told me to wait until the 1st to see if the package would arrive after clearly explaining to them three different times it is lost.
So now they say they won't give me a refund or replacement because of a high volume of packages being stolen in my area. Even though I've ordered from them for the last 3 years and never had one taken from me.
