I bought this insurance March 2016. All of my claims have been due to my emergency surgery I had 2 days after I got the insurance. I spoke with someone with webtpa (claims) about 2 months ago because I couldn't login to the site to view my claims. I really hoped it was a clerical error. I was assured the problem was with health insurance innovations (my insurance co). They had to speak with webtpa to let them know my account was still active with no interruptions. They have not done that. This insurance has covered NOTHING!! I have mounting medical bills from the surgery because each bill is claiming that I was uninsured at the time of service. They still getting the money for the premium and according to health insurance innovations my policy is still active!
Have not paid any of our claims either, and not even counting it off deductible.
They have paid zero of around ten claims so far. When I get them on the phone it is just a run-around and they promise to call you back, but do not. Forget their email ticket to address problem, they don't respond to that either. Looking to cancel now after finding this out, wonder how they are getting by this.
