Websiteprofs.com are liars. They show you websites and they claimed they built. LIARS!!! I called the owners of some of those sites they provides as examples. The owner of those business have no idea who these overseas jokers are. (Too bad I did not call before I paid) They take your money and waste your time. Do not believe a single word! They show sites that they did not build! They state they are local to you they are not! IT IS A SCAM! Stay Far Far. Choose a local website design firm. The online reviews are a false too! This is FRAUD!

After seeing samples, I decided to get my website redesigned through websiteprofs. All my revisions were never done, months fly by and I was over budget to begin with.
I said I'd let them finish website, just want to repurpose the marketing/social media management money which we never touched because website was never finished.
Dave was the rudest out of them all. He cursed at me, not knowing anything about me saying because it took me months to track down a manager, he would refund me $700. No website no nothing. Told me my business will never succeed and because "Warren buffet" is an investor he doesn't care how much money he wastes going to court(Visa is working on it)
I am trying to work with them at least finishing the website (which they put more work in since they cut me off. Cant login anymore either.) Emails get no response and lost so much money and time waiting around for nothing. I was 100% satisfaction guaranteed or they would pay me back every dime with their money.

They draw you in by showing you generic web pages they will build you, grab your money up front and run. They do no work but string you along by shnowing you the same intial webpage. I disputed charges on my CC but they fought the charge and supplied my CC company with a big song and a dance saying they produced a web site for me.
There is no web site, no page, no nothing. They promised 5 years hosting, purchase of domain, a completed e-commerce site to my specifications. I recieved nothing. They robbed me. These guys are a bunch of scum sitting in there underwear robbing people day and night. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS SITE!!!!!!!!
