Just like any of the other reports,

these people are scam artists they will promise you leads of jobs or people that never existed. When you try to contact the possible customer ,they do not respond or dismiss the interest in doing any remodeling or worst yet never requested the info.

The fist month they were supposed to provide me with 5 to 9 leads ,I received only one, all the others were not pertaining to my areas of experties or not able to reach. The lead I was able to contact after my visit and proposal they dismissed the interest of remodeling with no further explanations.

So I don't know if it's possible to start a class action suite against these people but at the very least I will do anything in my power to discredit this outfit.

Ok so i built our own webpage from this site then bought the domain SUPPOSEDLY on sspecial for 1.95 a month for 12 months. Free webpage whicH I built. Seemed like a great deal till i saw the bill which hit my bank account today 4 days early for 22.95. Then when i called them to cancel IMMEDIATELY. The guy claimed that he could not cancel anything because billing department is closed. They refused to allow you to cancel online so i will be filing a fraud complaint with the attorney general who i have on speed dial and filing a fraud complaing with my bank for illegal and deceptive practices as well as fraudulent billing

Web.com is a shoddy, criminal company whose intent seems to be to get your money without delivering the goods. They were employed to build a professional web site, but the site they submitted was amateurish, and certainly not professional. If you want changes made you have to wait , they say a week, I say longer, in order to see them. And if it still isn't right you have to wait again. While time drags on they are draining or charging your credit card to the tune of $114 + a month. They have a non cancellation policy and state that you are comitted to a verbal contract for a year for this amount. You can get no satisfaction by phone conversation, they just keep repeating the verbal contract agreement. Do not fall for this scam! There are plenty of reputable companies that will build you a site and host your domain for better prices and with better services.

Do not trust anything Web.com tells you, all they want to do is take you’re hard earn money and keep lying to you. When I had first developed and published my website my pages were found in Google search with ease in the first few pages in search. I had went back and added two more pages to my website and change the name to two of my existing pages. After I had did this I could not find in Google search my two new pages and had the error code 404 page cannot be found when I search for my old page names. I had went back and change the page names to the original names and was able to find these pages with no 404 page error code. This told me Google has not recrawl my website. The old pages URL fil names then were change back to the new page names. The two existing pages when I retitled the pages it will change the URL page file index name. Did not think much of this at the time I had done this, thinking Google would recrawl my website to find my pages URLs index pages. I had called support at Web.com about this and was told Google will recrawl my website about every 45 to 60 days to find any changes that have been done to the site. This is lie number one Google did not recrawl my site. I than tried to do this myself with Google webmaster tools, but Web.com webmaster tools do not support the type of files that Google uses to have your website URLs resubmitted nor your sitemap. Called Web.com support and was told they have no control over Google and could not help me unless I would let their SEO marking service fix this problem and sign up for a one year contact around $100.00 per month. Devin Roberts with marking told me he understands my problem with Google and if I agree to sing up for Web.com marking services they can have Google recrawl my website and all my pages would be found in search and would not have any 404 error page cannot be found. I had a long conversation with Devon Roberts over the telephone several times including follow up emails addressing my problem and how Web.com will resolve the issue with Google. I agreed and accepted to Web.com marking services. Devin told me I can call him anytime for support for my account. Lie number two Devin Roberts did not have marking address the issues I have with Google. The only way I could find my website was to type in my domain name but what good is this if someone is searching for an item you are selling. Finding what I’m selling is whole purpose of the website. I had called and complain to Web.com and sent an email to Devin Roberts about this. Web.com told me they cannot help me with Google, and the lire Devon Roberts never had the balls to respond to my email or call me back. NEVER TRUST ANYTHING DEVIN ROBERTS AND WEB.COM TELLS YOU. ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS TO TAKE AWAY AS MUCH MONEY THEY CAN FROM YOU. When I closed my account with Web.com I was asked why I am closing my account. I explain the problem I’m having. Was final told the truth what can be done is to republish my website under a different domain name so Google can crawl my website under a different domain name. Word of advice when you develop a website yourself. Create all the pages you will ever have even if you have nothing on some of the pages before you ever first publish your website. Do not change any of you page names after you had published your site. If you do this you will not have any issues with finding yourself on Google search and you do not need to pay Web.com for marking services to be found in search.

About 5-6 months ago I was trying to open an Internet web site to advertise our summer house at the shore. I was able to get a domain name after which I was required to provide my credit card information in order to proceed. I entered that and also entered my husband's name so that he would feel like he was also a part of the whole thing. The DIY (one of ther options they were selling) was very complicated and it was adversited for $4.99 or so. I tried to create web pages, didn't get anywhere so I logged off. Next time I tried to log in or tried to call the company, I was told each time that I wasn't the contact person and so they could not help me. I didn't think any of it and thought it just didn't work and since my web site didn't have any content and was never published on the Internet it was closed for inactivity by the web.com company. To my surprise, I found out later that they have been charging my card each month $32.95 for some services they could not explain. After they couldn't withdraw my money (I closed that CC), the company suddently was willing to talk to me and 'accept' me as the contact name which could be easily done earlier also by verifying the name on the CC. They told me they are charging $32.95 customers for whome they do nothing. For those they help, they charge $114.99!

I believe this is another form of those 'American greed' scams that were going on with the stock market and now are going on with Internet companies like this one. I am sure I am not the only customer that got stripped out of my money which, apparently, I cannot get back.

Please investigate and help if not me but people like me; or prevent this scam going further.
