Wealth Partners Publishing / Partners in Profit / Linda Sullivan is a total RIP-OFF.
I received a really nice looking 16 page full color booklet describing a business opportunity - Usually I would have passed, but the booklet offered a GUARANTEED 2% sign-up rate and a 100% "lifetime" satisfaction guarantee,
Emailed and called with questions "prior" to joining - Everything sounded good - Emails were answered in less than 24 hours, and phone calls were answered almost immediately!
I joined in Feb. 2016 at a cost of $197.00 and purchased a 2500 piece mailing in the tune of $2790.00, and was "Guaranteed" a 2% return of $5000.00. If within 60 days + 3 weeks, I had not received this amount, I could choose a refund of all money paid (less monies received), of a re-mail.
I received "6" sign-ups within the allotted time, and I choose a re-mail for 5-28-16 instead of a refund. Wealth Partners Publishing / Partners in Profit / Linda Sullivan is a total RIP-OFF.

Stay away from this company!!!
I will be notifying the attorney general in Illinois shortly!
They said another mailing would be sent out since my return was zero. Then in October I got an email that the company was changing it's ROI program and I would be getting $750 a month return. Got nothing. An email went out in November saying company was having issues and would get back to us in January. They asked for emails asking for a refund saying Partners in Profit was no more. I sent an email saying I was owed a refund amounting to $1300. They resonded that there was no way that amount was correct. I sent another email with a copy of cancelled check for $1177 on March 1, 2017. Hearded nothing. Sent an email on March 18, 2017 asking where are we at on the refunds, with no response. In two months I would have been battleing with this company for more than a year. Horrible.
I have been battling Wealth Partners Publishing for almost a year trying to get a refund to a program I invested in that was a scam. The program, called Partners in Profits, cost a $195 entrance fee where your return would be $100 for ever $195 spent. I bought the 1,000 mailer package for $1,177. PinP was suppose to send the mailers out and I was guaranteed a 2% response. I started May, 2016 and by August 2016 I had not received one repsponse. I contacted the company and told them of my concern, that I wanted a refund. They said they would send a second mailer out. I contacted them again in September 2016 and was told a new program was starting at that I would be receiving $750 a month from a sort of MLM setup. By November, an email went out from PinP saying they were stopping the program due to issues and would refund all monies to investors. In January,2017 I received an email saying PinP wasn't starting up again and that refunds would be issued. I sent an email asking for a refund of $1300. I was sent an email back saying that amount was incorrect, way to high. on March 1, 2017 I sent a copy of the cancelled check. I heard nothing. On March 18, 2017 I sent an email to [email protected] asking for an update. Nothing.
The original address was WealthPartners Publishing, 1136 S. Delano CT W, Suite B201, Chicago, IL 60605. I did receive a refund of $95 dollars from a charge they made on my credit card. I believe there's also an office in Atlanta. I have been scammed and I'm very upset. I read a lot of complaints regarding this company on the net, after the fact.
I entered the program submitting approximately $800.00 for my upper liner and approximately 500 listings without any profits. I called mutiple times, and each time I received the voice mail. Also, i submitted email without any reponses. This company is scam. I advise every one not to invest your money,
I keep leaving messages with them about getting a receipt for the mailing they did on my behalf and they would call back and ask me to leave my zip code and the nature of my call. I've had Regina and then Joey call me back after hours on a Friday asking me the exact same thing. I told them that I would be sending in a copy of my receipt and copies of what I ordered from them so they know exactly what I'm talking about. I just needed to make a little money before Christmas.

I received via mail from Wealth-Partners a brochure showing a couple with the caption How to Earn At Least $500 A Day for The Rest of Your Life - By Mailing A Simple Letter and Depositing Checks....
It was the usual hype, but the one thing that stood out was that they they said in print on the brochure that they guaranteed a response rate of at least 2% or you don't pay. They indicated 100% Shatterproof, Money-Back Guarantee. This was signed by Joanne Wheatley, President of Wealth Partners Publishing, Inc.
I emailed the distributor that was indicated on my mailer and he told me that his money was just starting to trickle in and he had received around $500 in 2 weeks. He indicated he had done a 2500 mailing. I called the company's information line and talked with them about their program and it all seemed legit. I signed up in January, 2016 and received my information packet in a timely fashion. I found out from the packet it would take extra funds to get it started. In addition to the $197.00 enrollment fee where $100.00 was sent to my upline and $97.00 sent to Wealth Partners, I decided to do a 2500 piece mailings where additional fees of $500.00 cash was sent to Wealth Partners for 2500 mailing labels, also $2297.00 via credit card sent to Partners In Profit for the actual mailings.
After my first mailings went out in February 2016 I received 4 enrollments of $100 each in a time period of 4 weeks. In March, 2016 I received another letter from Wealth Partners indicating they would be keeping up with the changing times and they were changing everything which would include the sales letter (brochure) and add a Gold Level where you could make more money. They also indicated that we could upgrade to the Gold Level by sending another $100 to the Dealer you originally enrolled under as well as another $97 to the Company. They indicated the extra payment would allow us to send you the new and improved product package. I went ahead and sent the additional $197.00 and that is when the bottom dropped out of the barrel. I never received the new information and the only thing I received from the company was a book titled A Business 101 Handbook by Candice Cunningham.
I started calling and leaving messages with no return calls. I finally called and talked to a Peg who proceeded to tell me that they had done another mailing and my cut-off date was now September 6, 2016. I waited for my cut-off date and sent an email requesting the return of my money. I sent another email along with mailing a copy to the company and no response. I started calling the company again and would go straight to voicemail. I fell for it again and I'm so disappointed in myself in believing this was real.
Again, run for the hills. I noticed there is other companies doing the same thing and using the same smiling couple on the front of their brochures as was used by Wealth-Partners.
Joined this direct mail company in March 2016. They specified a 2% guaranteed return on investment or they would refund your money.
Well, this was in the middle of March AND apparently they were in the middle of changing mailing houses so my mailing didn't even go out until the end of May! Because the also were printing new revised mailing material.
I contacted them by email and by phone to request a refund and they insisted that I had to wait for a specific time frame before they could refund me. They also insisted doing another mailing for me which I did not want and then I had to wait for another specific time frame before they could refund me.
I had contacted them on different occasions but the last phone contact with them was on August 27, 2016 and they told me I would have a refund by September 3rd.
Well, I didn't receive a refund and all communications from them have stopped. No one will return my calls or emails. Here it is October 17.
I would not recommend any one get involved with them. They don't stand behind their word.
I received the brochure and decided to join. I picked the 500 piece mailing, submitted payments back in mid-May 2016, I emailed them asking when mailing would take place, they said June 2016. To-date I have received ZERO sign-ups, they Guarantee a 2% response and you have option of a re-mail or refund. With a Zero response, I decided the re-mail would not bring any results, so I waited the 60 days plus they ask for, then I have submitted my refund request via telephone, email and snail mail. I have received two call backs, one stating they did a re-mail for me that I never requested. Then another call back stating the company has suspended 'refunds', until further notice! A Guarantee is worthless if a company does not honor it. I believe I will never receive the refund that I have requested. Then as someone else has mentioned I received a mailing from the company marketing another product! Unbelievable. I would suggest staying away from this company. They do not honor their Guarantee, and their response rate will you disappointed..
I also am trying to get a refund. No one has returned my calls-have left several messages. They don't answer their phones or email. I would be interested in contacting the IL attorney general also. We must stop these rip-off companies from scamming us! The company clearly spells out the guarantee and they have not met it, so we should get the stated refund with no hassles.
I joined Wealth Partners March 18,2016. At first they answered my calls and told mailing was being reprinted and going out late. I wanted my money back then but was told it was too late. So I thought fine I'll wait it out. After getting no results I called back and told they will take care of it after July 6. This was well after the 60 day guaruntee and they seemed sincere. However, I have not heard back from them and I call every day. They did send me a letter about a new program they launched but will require more money. I am on disability and can't even feed my dog.
I believe what happened is the new dated mailing did not work out so they are trying to recoup what they can. The guarantee should still stand but they will not answer me.
I would like to know what legal course can be taken and as a group.
I recieved a booklet in the mail from wealth partners publishing sometime back in may saying you are gauranteed to get a 2% response on whatever size mailing you order. the cost to get started was $197.00 and I paid $335 dollors for a 250 piece mailing. my gaurantee was I was supposed to make $500 dollors back, but I did not make one dime! then I Called the company in August to request a refund and a lady told me to call back on september 2nd. so I Tried calling back and no one answered so I left A message and no one returned my call. These people are crooks they will only return your call if they think there going to get some money out of someone. if they know someone is calling about a refund they will not return your call. so please do yourself a favor. if you recieve one of these booklets in the mail Burn it!
TOTAL RIP-OFF! When you finally realize all the hyped up lies they give you, you try to get a refund, which they garuantee (another lie), no one ever picks up the phone, returns your calls, or emails you back. You will NEVER get your refund, they will screw you over. RUN AWAY from this company, unless you don't mind flushing your money down the toilet.
Looks good and a good start, then the checks stop and good luck getting a refund. They never answer their phone, they don't return messages, and never respond to emails. RUN AWAY from this rip-off.
I, too, receive this slick publication. Read it from cover to cover. Called with questions. Thought it was too good to be true. As the above post reveals ... it is. I would be intersted in hearing what this person discovered when contacting the IL Attorney General's office.
