This has got to be the worst car wash that I have ever gone to. They use old towels that scratch your car when they're drying it. When your car leaves it is full of lent and dirt and still has water dripping all over it. Today was the last straw I came in for a quick wash and I always ask them to drive my car with a shammy and I usually have to point out several areas that they have to retouch each time I come there for an emergency wash. Today will be the last time that I ever go to this car wash. One of the employees got into my car and crushed a carton of eggs that I just purchased. I went to the manager and explained the situation to them and simply asked him to reimburse me for the carton of eggs. He refused and said that that was not his responsibility. I am also a business owner and I always do what I can to make sure that my customers are happy. The $3.50 it would have cost him to replace a carton of eggs that one of his employees destroyed has now cost him a lifelong customer. I can only imagine if it would've actually been something fairly valuable I'm sure his answer would've been it's not my responsibility!!! Good luck "We Wash". There are a lot of options in this neighborhood I will be sure to not recommend you to anyone else!!!
