I ordered a heat pump on Dec. 1 2017 and made a credit card payment of $2874. Steve Feldman verbally stated that the unit would ship very soon. Toward the end of the month I called find out why I had not received any notification of shipment. Steve replied that it would come soon and put me off. In early January I called again several times. He would not answer the phone. I sent emails. They were not answered. I worked through my cc company to dispute the transaction. The cc company contacted Steve and asked for verification that the sale was legitimate. He responded that it was a valid transaction. I am still in the process of trying to get my money back.
I JUST tried to buy a system from them. Their prices are GREAT! They told me that they work with a network of installers all across the country, so I asked for some BEFORE I bought one. Initially I talked to "Moe", then later Steve Feldman (more like Shemp - that leaves Larry left!). Steve actually told me that they *would not* give me a name of an installer until I put a deposit on a system at which point I immediately hung up.
Their "customer service" called back and said "we noticed that you were on the phone and it was disconnected" (Yea - Steve asked them to try and set the hook so they could reel me in), what happened? I was transferred to Moe told them that I would NEVER put any money down until I spoke with the installer. I received a page from some web search for installers. When I called this guy (who was very nice, btw), he told me he doesn't even do that work anymore. So much for their "network of installers".
My trust in this company is in the toilet. Be VERY VERY Wary about buying anything from them!!!

They are scammers they take orders and will not or can not deliver the products.
They take orders for product they can not get and have kept 10,000 dollars for 4 months.
I ask for Status 10 different calls 15 emails they keep saying they would get back to me and never did.
After many emails and phone calls no help after patiently waiting for 4 months they will not give me any information on my order or my 10k.
Its unbelievable that they are still in business.
