Dishonest company and employees. They came to my home to fix a leak in a valve. I spent $250 and less than two days later that valve broke and flooded my basement. The damage is roughly $14,000. They lied to there insurance company just so they didn't have to accept liability. STEER CLEAR FROM THESE CROOKS! I do marketing for a living and will spend endless hours and money to make sure the truth is told. How can a business owner have insurance and not accept responsibility. I guess it must be a MAJOR coincidence that the same valve I paid $250 to be fixed broke and flooded my house 3 days before our baby was born . Talk about stress! I will make sure that they know that the biggest mistake was not the bad repair, that it was lying about it to there insurance company. I had another repair man look at it and he saw right off the bat it was a bad repair and I have that documented as well. They will learn the hard way this time and I hope no one else deals with this company and has to deal with what we have.
