Contacted We-Pack Moving to arrange to have my household belongings moved interstate. The company they contracted with to pick up and move my belongs was neither licensed nor insured for household belongs at the time of pickup. We-Pack representative ied about delivery dates and did respond to my phone calls or e-mails. I finally was able to reach their "operations" department who kept telling me they would call me back, but they never did. I finally received my belongings, much later than promised, and had a lot of missing/damaged items. Actual movers also do not respond to calls or e-mail. I will be filing complaints with Florida AG office and Federal Transportation.
We Pack Moving is a broker who tries to pass off that they own their own trucks and deliver themselves. A broker isn't bad but once they start lying that they aren't you know something is up. They basically make a low estimate on purpose and then disappear when the movers get here expecting more money. Michael is just as bad for ignoring your calls on the day of the move as he knows the price won't remain the same.
