Do not work for this company. My fiance had been there 3 weeks and hasn't made more than. $300 a week when he was quoted $500-$1500 a week. That is a lie. He was hired right away. Extreme lack of communication between service manager and dispatch. He was told he would get paid 20% of the job and 50% off upsales. WE even wrote down to keep track of jobs and they screwed him big time on pay. Once a customer wasn't happy and was yelling at him, the service manager blamed him for it. They are supposed to charge $60 for each squirt of spot treatment when it didn't even cost them that much. They screw the customers as well. If you're interested in this job, run the other way. They are not consistent on keeping track of what they owe you. Im not bitter and making any of this up. Also if you have to train someone, they get half your money. My fiance had to train someone for 5 days his 2nd week. They get fools to do this job for them and keep most of the money. They're crooks!
I was desperate and I found this job ad on Craigslist so I applied. And I was immediately hired after being interviewed on skype. I spoke with a John which is the service manager and he explained to me how it works and how I will be making all this money per week and it sounded good so I went onboard. But little did I know that it was all a scam. I trained for 3 days then was given my own truck and uniform shirts and an ipad. After being on my own, I was busting my a** carrying the carpet machine, and for nothing because the most I ever made for this company was $170 a week. Then when the customer had a complaint, I called my service manager and he just told me to tell the customers what they wanted to hear. To lie to them and to try to get as much money off of them as possible. He also told me customers don't matter, as long as we get them good and make them pay for the chemicals being used on the carpet. Also the soap used for the carpet was store bought from a family dollar. And I was requires to charge $20 for each use on the carpet when I know for a fact that the soap was a store bought brand. This company has lots of tricks up their sleeve. Do not trust them. I worked for them and I know how they work. Because I worked for them. It's best to use known company's like Stanley Steemer. I regret ever applying to this company. Do not work for them or use them. SCAMS! SCAMS! SCAMS! I worked two weeks straight and was never paid. And whenever I tried to contact the manager he doesn't pick up because he's located in another state! We are told to scam the customers, what do they know anyway...which made me feel guilty because customers do not matter nor do their carpets. And I also found it weird that they never bothered to do a background check and yet we have the ok to come into people's houses...I have no criminal background but I would be concerned if they let the guy I worked with go into people's houses alone. He admitted he had past rape/ assault charges against him that he was currently fighting!!!!! DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE INTO YOUR HOME!!!! DANGEROUS! YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND THEY HAVE!!!!
