I'm a Veteran and build decks, lay sod, etc in the summer to supplement my Military pension. For +10 years and hundreds of transactions I have operated on a handshake and payment after the work is complete to the customer's satisfaction with no problems ever. Wayne Wog is a professional Con Artist who makes a living off of ripping people off. He hired me to build an $1800 deck then added a $400 railing/stairs and finally laying $800 worth of sod on his trailer lot. When it came time to pay for the completed work, he came up with every ridiculous excuse, avoided and hid from me and would not return phone calls. After a month, I finally cornered him and his wife, who is equally as crooked, wrote me a check that ultimately bounced costing me another $15. He had no intention of ever paying for the work and has ripped off at least 2 other people in the same campground, and attempted to rip at least one other person off that I know of. This all happened in the span of less than 3 months.
He approximately 5"10" tall, in his mid 60's and is currently living with a woman who he calls his wife of approximately the same age. He has no teeth so it is very noticeable when he talks. Currently, he is living in an old trailer in a campground in the Gunn, Alberta area however he owns a small car and may conduct his fraud in and around the Edmonton area. He claimed to be a retiring RCMP Officer that worked at the Edmonton International Airport however, he lies so much that he could present you with just about any story.
