Brand New pump in the box, opened today and it will not work. We got pump as a back up and it still has manuafature warrany. we called Nate at Wayne pumps who was very rude ann refused to help us. Demanded that we have a receipt even though it has manufacture warranty on the pump. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
