On November 8th 2017 I orderd a ring from waterwheelexpress.com for my wife. She saw the ring in a local shop in Slovakia but they were out of her size, so I wanted to surprise her by getting it elsewhere. Luckily, I remembered the name of the brand and also the product. As you can see, the website appears to be Polish and since Poland is a neighboring country to us I was sure the ring would arrive until Christmas. I placed the order and on the very same day the money was deducted from my account. After a month of not receiving anything I contacted the supplier. They told me the parcel was already at my local post office and I should go and pick it up. I spent half and hour at the office- the clerk went through all the records with me since the beggining of November but nothing was there.
I wrote to the supplier again- they told me the package had to be there so I went to the post office again- this time not only we went through all the records in the book, the lady also checked every single parcel personally one by one, but nothing was there. On December 28th (which ruined my Christmas surprise, of course) I finally got a note from the post office about a package from China. It surprised me because I was sure I hadn`t order anything from there. Nevertheless, the surprise was even bigger when I found out there was a ring in it that looked nothing like the one I ordered. It was a cheap replica of Tiffany`s Sterling Silver 1837 Square Ring. I wrote to the supplier imidiatelly asking for a refund but they didn`t answer. After another e-mail they finally wrote me back putting the blame on the express company and trying to make me buy another ring with some kind of discount. I told them that after the very bad experience I had no interest in buying from them again- I understood that I would also get a fake ring anyway. In many e-mails I tried to explain them my reasons and told them several times that I would only accept a full refund and under no circumstances whatsoever will I order from them again. Despite everything the seller ignores most of what I write and keeps pushing the discount on me. It is really exhausting because they only reply once in a day or two. This is also in conflict of what their website claims- they say the communication with them is promt, the products are of high quality, the shipping is fast etc. I strongly reccomend not to deal with this company, they are by far the worst online shopping experience for me ever. I know 40 EURO they owe me is not that much, but as a student I could really use that kind of money way better.
