I hired Matt Waters for several jobs. First was mobile home skirting. That skirting was cut so uneven it’s falling down. A deck on the back of my home. Now it creaks everytime you walk across it where the screws are coming up, boards and posts are uneven. We even had to finish installing the braces ourselves. A fence with posts down one side of my property. The only part of the job that was done was posts halfway down, which were crooked and we made him redo those. We had to finish installing the posts and having to pull the fencing with a four-wheeler. I requested a copy of the insurance policy that was presented on multiple occasions to have my projects repaired properly. I have never received a copy. I have a cancelled checked where it’s noted in the memo box for the installation of a doggie door, master bathroom shower floor and a full glass exterior front door. I have requested numerous times for my contract and then resulted in having to request a refund because the work was never performed. I had already had to have several conversations with his wife and company owner, Dakota J Waters, regarding Matt’s attendance and work hours
