Several years ago Dan Friese invited me to put my art in their gallery-Water Front Galleries in Dunedin, Fl. The paintings were on consignment. We had a contract that stipulated a 50/50 split. One piece was priced at $1,250 but Ryan sold it for $650 and I got $325 for it when it should have been $625. Ryan did not call me to discuss the sales price, which I believe he sold it for $1250, cheating me out of $300. When the gallery closed they kept two of my paintings and never contacted me to get them. I emailed and called them without a response. They lied by disregarding the contract and either sold the art or kept them, which makes them thieves as well
