I terminated service with DS Waters due to items being left on my porch that I did not ask for. I asked for the 5 gallons of water that comes monthly and that was it. They left crystal light and bottled waters that I didn't request and they charged me for them. Not only that, if you don't call and stop them you'll get the same items every month and get charged for them. I told them next time they came out, they could take the machine and water back with them and I paid what I owed them. I zeroed out my account and find out later they sent additional charges to to collections. Terrible company! I would advise anyone considering bottled water to buy a dispenser and buy the water yourself.

I have been a customer of DS Services for about 8 months Worse expereince in my life. ON multiple occasions they have made appointments to be at myu home anot not showed up. This last expereince was too much.

I came home from a 4 days trip to find water all over my kitchen. I found that the water jug they delivered was defective and allowed the water to flow out with no stopping it. I called the customer service line and after 45 minutes on hold i got a guy who set me up an appointment for thursday for replacement of my water and a new cooler incase this damaged the cooler.

So i rearranged my business meetings to be home on Thursday (i live alone it has to be me). I waited all day and they never showed up. By this time i am completely out of water, i cannot use the cooler and now they have stood me up. So i call, after another 45 minutes on hold i get some one who has no clue and is very rude.

I ask for her supervisor. 55 minutes later a supervisor gets on and before i can say a work click. Call dropped. So i call back, now another 45 minutes on hold. I get a new supervisor who is again rude and could care less that i have been inconvenienced, i am inconvienceing her by calling.

She leaves and comes back 28 minutes later to tell me they changed my appointment for Friday. I explain that this doesn't work for me, i changed my life to fit their schedule. I cannot change it again, i have important meeting. She could care less. At one point she stepped away to talk to someone and i could her here talking about me in a very disrespectful and horrble way. Like i was the proble, i was too good to wait again. So i tell her ok, i will wait on Friday, please make sure they will be there. She left again and came back and said yes.

Guess what, Friday comes and another no show. I again call to ask why and get attitude and mistreated before i could even say a word. Like they already knew i wouold be calling. I was told, sorry. this happens all the time. It is what it is, they will be there Monday now. Really? Monday...who the heck rules this company, they THREE STOOGES??? I ask for her supervisor, she says they all went home. I said there has to be someone. She goes to get someone and guess what. Call Dropped.

So i call back again, another 1 hour plus on hols to be told again sorry, we are in Florida, what do yoou want me to do she says? Really? She said they will be there MOnday, and i said thats what you have been telling me for 3 days now. I need to speack to someone in authority. She says there is not one and if i am not happy i can cancel my servcive. REALLY???

This is how K. Dillon Schickli CEO and Stewart Allen Predsident run a company? These guys are out playing golf somewhere and could care less about the horrible rating the company gets on Google and the BB websites, etc. They are clueless airheads who only care about the next buck.

So i researched and finally got a escalation email and phone number to call and email. Guess what, no response. I write bad reviews on the facebook page, every where i can and no response.

I am now currently working with a guy who has 13,000,000 followers online and he is helping me do a UTube video talking about the Pathetic company and doon as many blogs and negative campaihning as we podssilby can. As a consumer it is time we stand up for our rights to be treated fairly and with respect. They expect that from us. They expect you to pay on time, but they do not deliver on time.

It is a joke.

I have Sparklettes water delivery through Costco. Everythng was fine until my bill started climbing higher and higher. I can't afford this service any longer, I made a payment arrangment with them and asked that they pick-up the empty bottles and the dispenser, I was told they could not do that until my original delivery date (alhough I don't want a delivery) this is a month away from now. I told them I am moving out state this weekend and if they don't pick this stuff up i'm dumping it in the alley. The idiot rep said I'll be liable if it's stolen, duh, I think they extend the pick-up so they can charge another service fee for the dispenser. Sad.

DO NOT BUY drinking water from DS water, their price will be increasing double in a short times from $5.99 to $9.99, by the time I found down is so many months down the road. What DS water offered is $16.00 credit and price roll back to $5.99 and history will repeat. If you are currently DS Water customer then PLEASE.. check your bill.

DS services owns Crystal Springs water delivery services. They have failed to deliver my water after repeated phone calls. We went through the month of November with no drinking water delivered (including Thanksgiving) after being assured the water would be delivered on multiple occasions. I have been attempting to discontinue the service, since I already purchased a water cooler from Lowes yesterday, and have been put on hold for nearly an hour now. I have actually researched this company and processed this report all while being on hold by their customer service--almost an hour now, and counting... I have discovered that this company has a terrible reputation. I am now wondering if I will have to stop payment via my credit card company, as others have, in order for them to stop stealing my money!

It has now been over an hour I have been on hold, but a representative named Twonia finally answered. She assures me she will terminate the service, but offers no explanation as to why the water wasn't delivered this month. She did apologize for having me on hold for an hour, but only after I pointed it out.

Don't get mixed up with this company! Just read the reports on sites like this one and the Better Business Bureau, etc., you will save yourself some heartache.

These suckers won't pick up the phone. I ask to speak to a customer service rep and they say okay, I'll put you on hold. I gave them my name, they already had my address, but they refuse to reopen my account and have someone pick up their equipment.

Meanwhile I have a ping on my Equifax report for 800 plus dollars that Alhambra reportedly sent to Collection Bureau of America. I didn't do anything wrong. I called them back when I had service in 2010 and said how do I get water to my door? they said leave the bottles outside.

I said fine. Nobody refilled my bottles. Pfft, they've been taking up room in my dining room ever since.

That's not on me. That's on those suckers not getting me my water way back when. Why should I be made to pay if they won't come get it?

Worse still those punks manufacture it looking like I am the bad guy by their not picking up the d**n phone! That's some shady stuff, dude. I hope you investigate and see if its not a conspiracy with the collection bureau to frame up good people.
