After searching for bad reviews and finding none, I placed an order with watchyz.com on 11/2/2016. On 12/12 I e-mailed the company to check on the status of my order. James replied that the items were coming from Hong Kong and I would receive a USPS tracking number when it reached their warehouse. On 1/10/2017 I emailed James again to check on my items. He responded that they had reached the US port, however they were under customs review. On 2/3 I emailed him again letting him know I either wanted my product ASAP or a refund. He responded that due to the Christmas pressure, the items were getting delayed from the authority port. He recommended I allow them to ship a brand new order from Hong Kong to me and that people have reported receiveing their order faster that way and that it could reach me before or after Christmas. I responded that I did not want to wait until Christmas (ummm hello, that would make my order over a year old) He did not respond. So I sent him a message on the 13th asking him to please refund my money. He responded that I would see my refund within 48 hours. 2 weeks later I e-mailed him to say I had not yet received my refund. No response. Today, 3/6, as I got ready to start reviewing the company, I find that the website is no longer available. So I have sent James another e-mail letting him know he has ripped me and I'm sure countless others off. Beware of this company should he try to re-open.

Rip off of Watchyz

OMGosh. The above post could have been written by me. It is exactly what happened/is happening regarding an order I placed in November of 2016.

I emailed again today so we will see what happens. Anyone know of someplace we can report this company?

Purchased a few products from Watchyz.com in November and still have not received them. I have asked them for a refund three times and they won't give me my money back. They won't even answer my emails. Hope no one else falls for this.

It was a small amount of money but a huge deal to me. I ordered the Mechanics keychain in November 2016 for my husband for Christmas. It didn't come, and didn't come, and still didn't come.

I sent an email to the help desk and received this email in return: 12/2016

"I apologize for the inconvenience. Please visit our shipping policy page: https://watchyz.com/pages/shippingpolicy

As mentioned in our shipping policy on the website, we import various items from different locations of the world. I can confirm that your order's been shipped, however it's currently in transit from Hong Kongto our USA warehouse. Once it reaches our warehouse, you'll receive a USPS tracking number."

This was from Sam at the "Help Desk"

So I wait a while longer and email again, this was the responce to that email: 02/2017

"As per the current status from out current supplier of your item from hongkong the item has already reached to the US port however, due to Christmas pressure its getting delayed from the authority part.

What I recommend you is to let usship a brand new fresh piece of your orderagain from our hongkong warehouse as customers have reported to receive their orders way faster like this, instead of waiting for custom clearence.

So,if you like I would generate a fresh order request so that I could reach you within few days without further delay. Please let us know what if you want meto proceed with you fresh order using express shipping without additional charges from your side."

Then before I was ableto reply I got the exact same email from James at the "Help Desk"

I did then reply and asked for the new order to be put through. That was 2/2017. I have since then sent an email 3/2017, 4/2017, and 4/2017. Now I find out that the site no longer exists and they have taken my money and there is still no gift for my husband. I supposedly spoke to 3 different people for nothing but a loss of my money and time.

Save your time and money and stay away from Watchyz if they ever resurface.

On October 7th or 8th 2016, I ordered a gear shift keychain and a turbo whistle keychain for my now husband for his birthday. They said to give it a few weeks. I waited a month in November and I emailed the Watchyz help line. He told me they would reship my items back ath no charge to me and that he was sorry for my wait. I said okay and to give me a estimated time they would be here. I thought okay well maybe I will get them soon.

It is now June 2017 and I still do not have my order. I sent another email to then from my email. I then went to their website and emailed them again with their new email that isnt even posted. In both of my emails to them, I asked that I be reimbursed my money because I never got my order. They also have a different name which its Mathwatch. I will repost if they ever get back to me.

This company is a joke! I ordered Christmas gifts for my children back in October 2016. I contacted the company in December because I had not yet received my product. They did take my payment off of my credit card the day I placed the order. When I contacted them in December, they emailed me back saying the product comes from overseas and usually takes 3 to 4 months. Well now it has been over eight months and I have yet to see any product. The company has not responded to my latest emails and there is no other way to contact this company. This company needs to be removed from the Internet. They are making money off of people, not sending product, and getting away with it over and over again!!!
